They did have my sneaker size in stock, and the pair of boots my mrs was in search of, they ( the boot's) had to be ordered in, but they arrived without issue a couple days later!

awful service it almost took every at cashier to give me service .you ask for help and you feel your not welcome to the store .i will all over other store before spend a dime in this store

This is the second time I have bought shoes here. The last time was 4 or 5 years ago. The staff is absolutely amazing. They didn't have the shoes I wanted in my size. However, they had a pair with the same style different color. Now that I brought the shoes home I can't imagine owning them in the other color.

Very bad experience i ever had the lady so called store manager was very rude. Appears to be showing bad attitude. They really needs to change the customer service standards. If i have met her the days i buy my shoes i have never shopped from her store.Thanks

Ordered a pair of uggs from their website. It was my first time ordering from this company. I am in the United States. I received my order within 5 days!!! Faster than I get some of my orders shipped locally. They shipped from this location. The shoes are perfect. I would buy from this company again. Love that they also offer Sezzle which allows me to treat myself to new shoes without breaking the bank !

Bought a pair of leather Converse two weeks ago. Noticed today the stitching on the tongue is coming loose. (They were bought July 15, so it’s only been 2 weeks) Went to the store to exchange/refund them. The employee working decided that they were not “defective enough”. This really confused me; I asked what that meant. He told me I had to wait until more damage was done before they would be considered defective and eligible for return. This makes no sense to me so I ask for the manager. The manager (who doesn’t provide her name) says this is their policy. So I have to wait for them to get worse, but also not wear them excessively either(their words), before they will do anything about it. The two employees, one associate and the manager" were both rude and condescending. Thankfully their are plenty of other shoe stores around! Would not recommend Soft Moc at all!"
