Really good bubble tea. We had the passion fruit green tea and the malt tea. The Passion fruit green tea had real passion fruit seeds in it which was awesome. The crystal pearls were also really good. I would recommend this place for authentic bubble tea.

This place makes their own pearls! My favourite drink is their honey green tea with rose pearls! The rose pearls is so unique, tender and chewy. The only thing is that they don’t always have rose pearls which is a shame. Further they close earlier than other bbt shops, just something to keep in mind. This place is also more of a to go bbt shop, there is no place to sit and drink your bbt. The rose pearls make it worth it though!

I tried the totaro mochi milk tea. The odd part is theres actually no mochi to “chew” and the actual mochi ends up very slimey. Not sure if this would be a popular product tbh.

was in the area so decided to stop by!i got the jasmine milk tea with crystal tapioca. lovely staff and the absolute best tapioca topping.. so chewy yet soft - the texture is amazing. the tea is great too!

My daughter went there there on July 3rd with her friends, very good customer service, specifically asked them the %of sugar level. But next day, when she went there again.. the lady who served her… just asked less sugar or more sugar, my daughter wanted less sugar… and she gave her the tea with 0% sugar!!!

Very disappointing customer service on Apr.19 @ the Broadway location. My friend accidentally broke her cup and spilled her drink while trying to put her paper straw through the plastic cover. The workers didn’t want to replace it for free, considering it was an accident. Rather they want her to pay for another drink! I don’t know any other restaurant who wouldn’t replace the drink for free. That’s just good customer service but I guess Onezo doesn’t care in providing that!

I was so disappointed with the customer service. My cup exploded as I was trying to puncture my tea. The girl working there didn’t even offer to replace it until she noticed I was still there a minute later. Then she asked if I wanted a replacement and that she could give it to me for 50%off. I already paid $7+ and it wasn’t my fault the paper straw made it impossible to puncture. So I left the place with my bubble tea all over my shoes instead of in my tummy.So very disappointed because the tea looked so pretty.
