We waited more than an hour for our food while everyone else got their food before us. Food finally arrived, and my French fries and wife's onion rings were hot, but my fish and her wrap were stone cold. The waitress brought me 2 more pieces of fish, but the fish was horrible. It wasn't flaky and was wet inside. Your fish used to be amazing. I'm nervous because I'm thinking I'm going to get sick from it. We ordered gravy, too, which we didn't get. Asked the person who brought the food, and she said she would get it for me but never came back. Of course, it was on the bill, though. I will never go back to this kelseys as it was probably the worst food I ever had. 90 minutes for horrible food. I will be contacting the head office too to let them know what is happening at this location. Orillia location has great food and service. On a good note, the waitress was extremely nice, and apologetic was the only bright star of our dinner.

Had an incredible experience, our server Zoe was a ray of sunshine and made sure we were well taken care of. We had the buffalo potato skins, spinach dip and cheeseburgers which were made well and overall we had a great time. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Decided to give kelseys another try. Disappointed again. I had the steak stack. It was mediocre at best. Kids had chicken fingers with fries - chicken was over cooked. Fully loaded baked potato has fountain cheese on it… Waitress was friendly but food is not good.

The patty melt was very good. Ample amount of pickles. And I have always loved their broccoli and cheddar soup!Attended on June 23, 2023 had the Buffalo chicken burger and loaded kettle chips! Totally hit the spot!

My sons school held a fundraiser event here, where they got to help serve, cleanup, do dishes + more, was a fun little event with raffles.... had the messy fish sandwich with loaded fries, wasn't a fan of the fish, tasted like peanut butter, but the fries were good. Great friendly service.

The atmosphere is better since the renovation. The bar area is more open. The staff is nice but my guest is vegan and gluten-free and when she asked a question we waited a long time and he came back without an answer and had to go back. This lead to a long wait before we ordered. Her order, with very limited options for her meal, came without the guacomoli she requested and she was not impressed. My son also got the vegan burger and said it was the same as Harvey's. You expect more for high-end place. My order of garlic bread was so spicy I had to return it. It had a lot of cheese (which I like) but came out greasy. (No extra napkins given) I would like it thicker and more crunchy. I was not impressed with the new Bisquick side to my broccoli soup. It was dry and no butter provided. My guest were wondering why the put the fries in paper bowls? Extra packaging?

Nice place but beware of the Nachos!We came in this past weekend. The wings were fine. We got the full-pan Nachos. Couldn't believe they used 1/2 real cheese and 1/2 cheese sauce! And it cost $22. Cheese sauce on nachos is what you see in a baseball game or movie theatre - I can't believe they did that.

Best spinach dip around!I normally always get the same dish, the Thai Curry bowl. But tonight I opted to try the Cajun Shimp and Streak. I am glad I did. It was cooked to perfection and oh so yummy. An absolute must try!

This is a bit of a mixed review. The service was excellent. My wife really enjoyed her fish and chips. Instead of the standard beer batter it had a crispy covering. My wife gave me a taste, it was great,should have had her selection. My daughter had the lemon salmon and she really enjoyed her choice. I was disappointed in the 8 oz steak, it arrived cold and it was tough to chew. It was done medium as requested. To be fair I was comparing it with a visit to the Keg where the steak seemed to melt in your mouth, but then it was a lot more expensive, probably a better grade of beef. Value wise, Kelsey's gave good value, at least for my wife and daughter.

Spinach dip and beet and goat cheese salad was so good! The wait was not long at all despite it being a busy night. Cinteanna was so attentive and polite!
