Not very customer focused. Staff more interested in their cell phones than customer needs. Not impressed, will definitely shop elsewhere.

I always get my dog food (Royal Canin) here. It's always in stock and love the buy 12 bags get a bag free program. The staff are always friendly and helpful (including the occasionally cat or dog who comes out for a pet or cuddle lol). Being able to bring my Roxy in is also very convenient and Roxy is always happy and excited being allowed to go in too.
