I placed a mobile order and upon arriving, the cashier informed me that my order was prepared but could not be found. I then proceeded to explain my order in detail to an elderly lady cashier. However, she added sugar to my coffee despite my request for it to be left out. When I pointed out the mistake, she made a new coffee and rudely told me to be more specific with my order next time. She messed up my mobile order firstly and then made my coffee wrong. Then she blamed me for the mistake. I have never seen such a rude cashier in my whole life. The owner definitely needs to train your employee about how to serve customers.

Convenient location, easy access from the main street, plenty of parking, available drive through. The restaurant is very clean. However I was starring at the menu trying to find what I want, but the screen kept rotating too fast :-), took me 3 iterations to locate the specific drink.

This is the worst service of any Tim Hortons. Priority is always to drive-thru to help with their scan times and NEVER to those who come and stand in line. All workers look miserable when working with terrible customer service skills. Multiple times my order has been wrong, no service with a smile. Multiple coworkers have all said the same thing and have stopped coming to this location, even though it is the closest one. Management, please do something to help boost morale or atleast retrain your staff on how to speak with other human beings because what’s happening there is not it.

Their workers are very unprofessional and haven't trained enough even for working with machines.In May.24/23, I went to this Tim Hortons location and made a purchase, but the lady who worked there on shift #2 was not trained working with machine at all, and not only did she not give me the points for my purchase, but she called someone else, and that lady took some amounts from my Tim card. She charged again without any purchase and this is fraud, and when I complained, she said go call the customer service, they will fix it, but unfortunately today, Sunday, May 28, I also talked to the customer service and a lady said can't do anything for me. I also have proof of all my transactions.They gave me a Broccoli soup which was awful.unfortunately Tim Hortons manager in that location doesn't care about customers

Tim Hortons head office ... Take note of this location. This location has the WORST customer service of any location ever.The cashier couldn't tell me if one of the the l Special Olympics donuts had nuts. Then became impatient with me and my kids. Didn't even finish the transaction by giving me my receipt. I had to call the manager over.Honestly ... Head office needs to shut this location down and retrain everyone. They are a stain on your brand! Tim Hortons like McDonald's is known for consistent service now with the exception of this location. Never again!

The drive thru has closed upon we arrive and we get in the shop directly to grab a coffee at 9:55PM, the lady at the entrance told us they are closing soon but she still welcoming us and accepted our order. A young man who served us at the cashier was very pleasant and friendly. Just noticed they have just renovated the shop and it’s more bright and spacious now than before.

This has been couple time that I asked for half French vanilla half DARK ROAST, and they keep saying coffee and I make sure to say no I want dark roast. Eventually, they end up giving me regular coffee, which tastes so bad . I don't know why the employees think we're stupid and can't know the difference of dark roast and regular coffee. This is so unprofessional.

April 20,.2022: Same situation. Cannot have any location serve slower than this particular one.The system is completely wrong. Order ahead with mobile order wont speed up the process but need to pay ahead with no mind change. Previously I need to gave up my prepaid order since the line was extremely long (drive thur and pick up) with their slow servise I predict it would be min 10 min+ wait. I left without getting my order. I decided to lost my money for that transaction, refund is not available.Sep 9, 2021: This location serve extremely slow, it has a management issue. Staring September 2021, every morning the drive thur line went out to the main street (Bayview). The traffic is very busy in the morning and they put cones to block out the whole front door parking. Too much trouble to grab a coffee in the morning from this location.(June12, 2020)I visited today at 9:47am. They locked the doors and only provide drive-thur service only.(April 2023)After renovation this location is much cleaner than before however the servise stays the same, SLOW.

Worst customer service on the last 3 visits. I understand fast food can be hard environment, but if a customer is polite not sure why they can't receive the same politeness back on any of their visit.
