Excellent experience today! The agent, Karen, is so nice and patient. To deal with my case, she waited until 4:10 pm (she was supposed to be off work at 4:00 pm! Karen, thank you again for helping me out.

I had some interaction with one of the employees at the Service Canada Building and got fantastic help and support in regards to what I need help in. This woman was so kind, compassionate, and helpful beyond what I have ever seen or expected from the Government of Canada.In previous interactions with Service Canada, I have had generally very helpful and polite people do their best to help me with my inquires. I have felt I mattered and my getting answers was their primary intention. Great agents, the only issue was all agents were not able to process passport on the day I was in due to technical issues. Certainly not their fault. Took 2.5 hours and usually a much quicker process.

So I booked a trip with my sister for Feb 2023.... we booked around Xmas time and my sister DIDNT even have a passport yet! She quickly applies in Januarywhen she finaly got her birth certificate, worried we wouldn't get the passport in time BUT Service canada Sudbury did Not disappoint us! Received the passport today.. took a out 2 weeks tops ! Just in time for our international trip to the tropics at the end of the month ... thank u for the speedy service!

I'm 65 years old and my experience was different that the other postings. When I joined the line up outside Service Canada there were 8 new Canadians ahead of me. After a half hour of leaning on my cane there were still 4 soles ahead of me. My hip got too sore and I left. I was surprised by the odd to dirty looks I got during my wait. It was an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience
