From the friendly and helpful Lindsey (I hope I have the spelling right) who manages the front desk to the super competent technician Nick who made the changing of my aging sewage pump look easy (it wasn't) I have nothing but my highest praise. Thanks for solving my problem!

Unfortunately, they will charge at an unreasonable rate even when they can't provide a solution to your problem. They do not give you a receipt and report of what have been done at your house. Somehow bill you months afterward, evading tax perhaps.

We hired this company to come and replace two floaters in our sump.The first guy who came was an hour and half late. He only stayed for 20 minutes and told us we just needed to install two new floaters.They charged us $457.80They came back to install the floaters. This time an extra person came.They charged us $851.76The floaters were an additional $245.70The total after tax came to $1,659.25The invoice then changed another two times, once we started to question the breakdown. That alone is not a good sign. The changes themselves were not realistic enough, making us more suspect. As someone who works on residential new builds, this cost breakdown is not as honest as it should be. I would not hire these guys to do any of my sites, and it will be the last time that we use them at our own home.

If you can find other pump service company DO NOT hire this company for your service. They're NOT honest and charge you over always. They charge at least 1 hours for traveling plus tax which is $155.68 and also they charge 12% of the total bill include include traveling for truck supply! Even never used any parts or anything. Not saying that their hourly rate is off the roof.

awesome company, awesome service, awesome staff. highly recommend this company for any type of pump service/trouble shooting or new sales. Ive used them for about 10 years and have never been let down.

UPDATE:Technicians came and the problem was fixed! Very happy about the service.Previous:Talked to Lindsay about an issue we have and she was absolutely helpful, professional, and kind. The technician will come tomorrow and I hope it goes well!

We hired Spears to help us with a sump issue. They were always on time and, although we had a complex issue, they diagnosed the problem quickly. The problem could not be immediately fixed, but Spears provided a stop-gap measure until the right product was found.They might seem pricey but they went above and beyond in our case (we have 4 sumps, they only needed to work on the two with pumps, but they helped us with all of them without extra cost). It is also true that it took a few months for them to send us an invoice, but I don't have a problem with delayed payment.

Slump repair - cancelled twice.Showed up first time charged 1.5hrs for 30 minutes work, second time 6hrs for 1.5hrs work.Do not use this company, they are a bunch of cowboys out to fleece people. No consideration taken for cancellation of scheduled work or that time of work was required to accommodate their visit. If anyone knows how to steal your money it is this group...
