Bear’s Paw Bar & Grill
We are staying at the hotel here with our dog and we ordered takeout on the phone. The service was amazing and very quick, we went to pick up our food in about 15 minutes. They even gave us the local beer to go.I do not recommend ordering the Pad Thai as it did not taste good and we did not end up finishing it. The soup of the day was alright, but we've had better ones before. The kids cream pasta and the Chicken Naan Club were amazing and I totally recommend to order those!Since there aren't many options to eat at the resort itself and some of the places in town are closed on certain days, I would recommend this restaurant to expand their menu to a variety everyone-friendly items that aren't all fast-foodie. As well, it would be nice if dogs were allowed at the small patio at the Antlers at least, since there are a lot of guests with dogs that can't go eat at the restaurant.

Bear’s Paw Bar & Grill
It's our 2nd time going to Fairmont Hot Springs and the restaurant we went to last year was booked for an event so we ended up at Bear's Paw. Service was great, food was great too. Also the convenience of them being open until 11pm is great, where you wouldn't have to rush your soak in the hot spring because restaurant is closing early. Anyway, my only critique is it's really expensive. And for tipping, the lowest is 18%. It's way too high when you're already paying for a meal that's been jacked up price already.

Our server, from Sri Lanka, was wonderful. We had a point of the locally brewed lager, which was delicious. Just had the starters, but the pulled pork sliders were delicious, and the pulled beef Yorkshire pudding was very good too.

The level of was the service we received during our visit was excellent.The server Binura. was professional, attentive and warm contributing to our pleasant experience. Service the way it should be. Our meals were well presented and did the job. Very refreshing to see. Thanks for that.

An excellent restaurant with all the standard fair, BUT served piping hot. It was oh so good. I didn't have the poutine, but I had the fries and the gravy -- incredible! I can only imagine it with Quebec cheese curd--which they have. Will have to go back.

Place was very busy for a between season Tuesday but once we got inside the service was excellent and very fast. Our order was out much quicker than expected. The portions were very large and quiet tasty. Overall the meals were very reasonably priced for the portion sizes. Definitely would come back and would recommend to others. You may want to consider calling in advance for reservations during the dinner rush.

So Fairmont is NOT kid friendly after 9. Pools close at 10 and all restaurants close or switch to adult only at 9 and kick kids out by 10. This is great if you don't have kids not so great if you spent a ton of money and want an evening out and you get to stay in your room.

Server was great. When asked for water we were given some weird honey flavoured sugar water? She was great though and seemed like a honest error. She was smiley and great and fast.The food choices were minimal and very high priced.When I got my food, my steak as medium well it was more well done and super tough with burnt gravy and no top bun. The fact they have a huge liquor page and minimal food choices is not good.Needs work for food choices. Cool atmosphere though.

Ordered fish and chips which is supposed to be cod. Worst fish I’ve ever had. What little fish there was to be had was mushy and all batter. The menu is very limited so we didn’t have much choice. The service was terrible. We never saw our waitress again after receiving our food; only saw her again when she brought our bill. No quality check to see if we had issues with our food or wanted anything else. The best item on the menu is the resort salad which is hard to screw up.
