I had a really bad experience with him. We called to make an offer on a house he was selling. He said he would draft us a contract to sign by the deadline, so we sent him our pre-approval and all the information so he could draft it. We were sitting by the computer waiting but he didn’t contact us. So we called him back and he said you aren’t going to get the house at that price so there’s no point in sending the offer. I don’t know when he was going to tell us that. I told him we were willing to offer more and reminded him he had a legal obligation to present all offers to the seller. He became very condescending and mockingly said I’ll send you an email and say I will present your VERBAL offer so you can’t claim I didn’t present it and then hung up on me as I was still talking.
