We had a really good experience working with Railings plus. They were very patient, professional and responsive while we were asking about all of our options. They provided clear and fairly priced options that made us decided to work with them. Communication and installation were smooth. We are really happy with the result (12mm glass with white posts) and would definitely recommend railings plus to anyone considering changing/upgrading their railing!

Don't hire this company. More excuses not to finish job, been waiting since June 2022. Last time Mark told me the job was not worth his time, why take job. on.

Called Mark to price out a railing for a deck , had a price emailed next day , installed a week later on time , good job . I would highly recommend Mark to anyone. He’s now working on my next project.

The gate on my deck broke. I thought I was going to have to get a new one made. Mark suggested that he could repair the old one and it would be much less expensive. I really appreciated this. He then completed the work when he said he would, for the price he quoted. He is an ethical and honest tradesman. I highly recommend Railings Plus.

Mark and his team were awesome..Very good at coming up with solutions to give me what I was after..The job looks great and added the finishing touch to the New build.. I would highly recommend this company!

Nightmare company. We hired them to install about 100 feet of topless glass railing in west Kelowna. They received a deposit in April, and decks were ready in May. It took them 6.5 months to get the job done! EVERY week there was a different excuse for not making it, or other problems.Then they installed the wrong size posts, leaving bolt holes in our wood facia material. Every time they came out on site they were either posts or other material missing/ or cut incorrect.We had never dealt with a company like this, as they could not keep their promise and timeline. This type of project should have been completed within 3 weeks. It took almost 7 months!Kyle and his dad were always friendly on the phone and apologized, but that did not change the fact that our railing was delayed week by week.Absolutely unacceptable, and don’t understand how they have 5 star reviews online. Will never use this company again, or recommend them to other builders.My recommendation is to stay away from this company, unless you don’t have a timeline to get the project completed on time.

You cannot ask for more. They showed up when they said they would, did excellent work at a fair price. Friendly and professional.

Railings Plus were very efficient, did a wonderful job with making our chrome hand rails and installing on time.We would give them a 10 for the work, quality and the materials.
