I purchased Freedom Blue contract for maintenance and knew I was listing my house for sale in April, 2022. I was informed if I sold my property the cost would be prorated. My house sold, no services were provided and no response to multiple emails and phone calls regarding the refund. Very unprofessional and appears this contract was a money grab!!

Harvey's have been a great service, I would recommend the maintenance program with them, worryfree insurance for as little as $300 a year. Always prompt on oil delivery, thanks for your service.

Ordered oil from here on multiple occasions, horrible customer service on pretty much every occasion. Very difficult to deal with, unable to accurately supply time of delivery, customer service rep extremely unhelpful and accusatory (like it's my fault I wasn't home outside of the 24 HOUR window she gave me for delivery??). Order from Chaytor's instead.

Exceptional Service second to none!!!!I had a late night call from one of my tenants who was experiencing furnace issues. I called the emergency line and in less than an hour and a half, he arrived at the house, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and was on his way!They were there when needed....ya can't beat that by' ;-)

Changed all my home heating needs to harveys last year from another provider who I had been with for years. So glad I did as now I have to handle this service myself. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Have recommended them to all my friends with oil furnace heating.--- Regina
