On a mis beaucoup de temps et d’argent pour sabler et vernir deux etages de plancher de bois franc. Tout semblait beau au debut, mais après 1 mois, mes planchers etaient deja à nu et usés. Le vernis ne tient pas du tout. C’est affreux on doit complètement refaire le travail. Je regrette totalement d’avoir choisi d’essayer le Finitec fini mat pour vernir mes planchers. J’aurais dû y aller avec un produit de confiance….

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I used Finitech 6000 to finish previously unfinished floors. I followed the instructions precisely and, while the floors looked excellent initially, upon their first clean more than one month later the finish started to come up immediately. I used Murphy's Oil, which is a standard household cleaner that any reputable product boasting the durability that Finitech does should be able to withstand. Since that first clean and the damage done, I have only used warm water with on occasion a small drop of soap in the mop bucket. Still, the finish continues to disintegrate, and now my floors have bare wood in many places. I wrote customer service to explain my dissatisfaction. While they were polite and communicative, they were unwilling to offer a refund or replacement product, which I felt to be dissatisfactory. This was a waste of time, labour, and money. I would strongly caution against buying any Finitech product, and I will be redoing my floors with a more traditional polyurethane. While it is more work to apply, I know I can count on it to last. If you want your floors to be durable, do not buy Finitech.

I use there finish on the furniture I build, it’s has the best quality and durablity I have found for finish product all of my clients absolutely love the finished product. Also incredibly quick with responding back to questions about there products.TylerThe Woodworking Studio

I cannot tell you just how much I LOVE Finitec floor cleaner! It is AMAZING!!!We have very dark hardwood floors in our home and it has been impossible to find a cleaning product that didn't leave streaks all over my floor....well until now!Finitec is not only very easy to use but it leaves my floors shinny and with no streaks. My floors have never looks this great!Finitec Wood/Laminate Concentrated Cleaner is a MUST have!

Vous devez essayer l'ensemble de nettoyage pour plancher de bois. La vadrouille est super résistance, la housse réversible récurre efficacement et se troune pour nettoyer toute la maison. Bref, un produit impeccable !

Produit de mauvaise qualité mon chien de 6lbs vient à bout de le graffignier et le verni ne tient pas. Faut refaire les planchers.

Service a la clientèle d’excellence! J'ai appelé avec une question technique a propos d'un produit et la madame qui m'a aider était extrêmement courtois et utile. Ils ont même fait des recherches de leur coté pour s'assurer de me donner la bonne réponse - le suivi a été excellent. Bravo pour le service et pour le produit!

J'ai acheté le produit pour nettoyer les joints de céramique. La livraison est très rapide et le produit est efficace. De plus le service à la clientèle a été très satisfaisant lors de mon appel.
