A+ Technician! Full of experience and knowledge. I have hired him many times over the past 10 years for tuning, voicing and repairs and he is excellent. Bob is very good at finding a tiny issue or buzz because he has a lot of experience and a good ear. I highly recommend him. 10 stars out of 5.

He won't remove his shoes even when asked citing it is a safety concern. If this is important to you you should clarify this with him before he comes to your place.

Bob did an excellent job tuning my upright piano which hasn't been tuned for over 5 years. He was professional, respectful and responsive. In addition, he is also a stand-up guy. He will be my go-to guy for tuning services in the future.

Bob did an awesome job tuning and refinishing the hammer felts on my 1950s upright. Knowledgeable, on-time, affordable, and best of all, no surprises. He’s got a great ear and great advice on what restoration work makes sense and what you’re better off leaving alone. If you need a piano tuned whether for pleasure or pro work, you can’t go wrong calling Bob.
