I ordered cupcakes for my fathers birthday. I spent some time choosing flavours and hoping I had enough variety for everyone’s preferences. It was disappointing to discover at the party that every cupcake tasted exactly the same. The only thing that differentiates the flavours is the store-bought candy or cookies placed on top of the cupcakes (which not all of them have). I make better-tasting cupcakes myself. They were pretty, but truly I don’t see the point in offering multiple flavours if they all taste the same and it is easy enough to add candy to the top of a cupcake. Sadly, I don’t think I would spend the money on this type of thing again. Three stars for attractiveness and service, but this is a food service…Taste should also be a priority.

Best cupcakes in Kelowna!This is my friends favourite cupcake place. They’ve ordered here for numerous celebrations now and it’s always delicious. So I was very happy that they were able to take a phone order from Ontario to surprise them. Great selection of flavours -also custom options if you want. Timely delivery and the cupcakes were amazing as always!Thank you.

I’m sad to say the vegan cupcakes were just ok :( They seemed quite freshly made, but fell apart in our hands and the taste was a bit bland. Hopeful that they keep trying with plant based cupcakes and they get better with time.

Amazing cupcakes. Always have the tastiest and most creative flavours. We treat our daughter to a cupcake there every week and she’s always so excited to pick out a different flavour. Just had them make two dozen cupcakes for our other daughter’s Halloween themed birthday party. Left the design up to them and they didn’t disappoint (candy corn, Monster eyes, ghosts, pumpkins, worms in dirt)! Kids and parents were truly wowed. I should’ve ordered more, they disappeared very quickly!

Dietary restrictions were prevalent amount our guests and Cupcasions is a 100% nut-free bakery and offers gluten-free and vegan options. Their cupcakes also look amazing and taste even better!They worked with us in advance to discuss how we wanted the cupcakes displayed and gave us some samples to try. On the day of, they arrived on time and set up quickly, without a single hassle – everything was exactly as ordered. Would highly recommend Cupcasions for your wedding day.

We ordered cupcakes for our wedding and everyone was raving at how good they were!! Not only were they beautiful but best tasting cupcakes I’ve ever had. We only had a few left at the end of the night and guests were bringing them home because they enjoyed them so much. I would highly recommend popping into the shop for a treat or using them for an event. They are organized and easy to communicate with, plus very reasonably priced. Thankyou again!Brett & Emily
