Atelier Carmel

I was underwhelmed by the service I received. Two of the main aspects of my bridal bouquet were missing and communication wasn't great. I didn't feel like my particular project was a priority (which I also understood because of it's size) She was very friendly though and if the product had been what I wanted then communication wouldn't have been an issue. But it's clear she didn't revisit our conversations before throwing together a bouquet of whatever she had lying around just to check it off her to do list.

Such an enjoyable experience! I worked with Carmel for our wedding flower arrangements and cannot express how relaxed and at ease I felt with her. I showed her a few photos for inspiration and she immediately understood what I was hoping for. On the day of, the flowers were already set up in the venue before we arrived! I was blown away by all of them! We received so many compliments on them. I had wished we weren't leaving on our honeymoon so shortly after, because I wanted to take them home to enjoy for a few more days! :-)

We were a couple who were originally suppose to marry in 2020 but had to postponed. Atelier Carmel has been as accommodating as possible and managed to squeeze our exceptional small order for our postponed wedding. We sent over a mood board for general colours and direction, and let Carmel and her team do their magic. The process for simple and the results are lovely!

Carmel did the flowers for our engagement party and my wife’s bridal shower, and we were floored by how beautiful they were. Needless to say, our jaws dropped when we walked into our wedding venue and saw what she and her team had created. Everything was perfect, beyond our expectations and wildest dreams. From the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, to the fireplace installation for our reveal, to our stunning Chuppah and seating chart, to the most gorgeous reception room we’ve ever seen, and finally all of the floral details that made our wedding truly unique (like our initials on the DJ booth, the garland on the gold grid wall with neon love sign and all of the chandeliers that dripped with flowers and greenery), Carmel designed an absolute masterpiece and we can’t thank her enough.

Carmel created the most beautiful arrangement for my wedding bouquet and the centre piece. She has incredible vision and ability to bring your ideas to life! Truly stunning work.
