ServiceMaster Clean - Kitchener is the WORST!!! cleaning company in town! I would never recommend this company for any type of cleaning. We hired ServiceMaster Clean - Kitchener to provide a DEEP CLEAN AND DEODERIZE of an empty house we were getting ready to sell. The house was completely empty, so they did not have to work around any furniture or take anything out of cupboard and closets to clean.The only cleaning done well was the deep clean of the carpets and the kitchen cupboards.This company charged us $55 per hour per person they have working on the job. We were charged for two workers 7.5 hours each and the the pictures below show the DEEP CLEAN that was provided. These pictures are after the cleaning crew was called back to clean a second time in the same day! After complaining and sending the pictures of a job not done, all we were given was a discount of $110.00 on our $880 plus tax bill!!If this is the cleaning job provided with two people cleaning and empty house for 7.5 hours - I think ServiceMaster Clean had best provide some training on how to clean.
