Sandhu Cloth House

My mom was looking all over for open cloth material that would match her salwar and duppatta (as she needs to make a top) we finally found a perfect match at Sandhu cloth house. On the sign it said like 6.99 per yard. Mind you.. it DID NOT you have to buy 5 yards of material or more. Or you have to have an entire suit made. So as my mom went to the end of the store to the tailor to have the top made. Then the lady who was helping us comes up to me and goes I’m sorry my boss said you have to buy enough material to make an entire suit. And I even spoke to the owner and she was like then we have left over material. And i stated to her this roll is quite big. You will have tons left over we only need 2 meters. She kept arguing with me and I simply told her, do you want a sale or not? And she ignored me and went into the bathroom and we left. Will never go back to this store or recommend

I was looking into good Indian suit stores in Surrey and came across this place on someone's blog and I am glad I did!This is my go-to store cloth and gottas (fancy lace/boarders). I've spent a lot of time at this store to create different outfits by matching material and I am always happy with the outcome.The staff is very friendly and helpful. It does get busy sometime. It's a lovely sized store with a lot to offer.

Worst customer service.owner lady is rude.she handle those customers nicely who buy more stuff from them.the place is soo tight and you can not walk easily.please dont waste your time and money there.everybody deserve respect.so please show some respect towards your customers.they come to your store to spend their hard earned money.

So disappointed by this store. If I could give a zero I would. We were in the store and no one was helping. Fine no problem, so me and my mom were looking at fabrics by ourself. We had just pulled out two colors and we seeing how they suited each other. When the store lady came running down towards us and said to stop unraveling the fabric as it will make a mess and then said asked what are you doing. We explained that we need to compare with white fabric. And then I was told that there are so many other white fabrics and that I don't need use the one I did and that she can help. It was so rude her tone and manner! So unprofessional. Then I told her we had no help since we were there and decided to figure it out yourselves. She told me well next time you have to have patience and wait, or I need to just call out for help. I go to alot of fabric stores and usually you do your own thing if you want unless you need help or fabric cut. Needless to say... I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I was shocked that someone can speak to another so rude at the start of that interaction for no reason.

Wrost customer service by the owner lady. She is so rude to her customers. She needs to take some customer service classes first before getting on the floor. NEEDLESS to say never going there back again.

Love this store! So much selections of latkans, gotas fabrics and much much more!Great customer service, will definitely visit the store again.

I was there yesterday hunting down a new collection of dupattas in market. The time i walked in I asked the owner lady with blue eyes that I was looking for this dupatta while showing her pics on my phone. I wanted to get the real material but she points me to something else sitting on the floor behind the counter. I asked her to again and she told me she is gonna get the new stock in few days, which was nice. Than while I was talking to her she made a perception that I may be a poor girl looking at my attire I was wearing and said “even if I get you what you want would you be able to afford as it may cost $500 because sometimes you people order something but can’t pay for it” I was confused at one time and walked out, didn’t say anything.Lady, I want to give you an advice, don’t judge people by their look or cloths. I am a successful businesswoman and I make more than one million dollar net in profits. But looks like you just so much attitude by selling pieces of junk clothes.

Sandhu cloth house is a treasure chest of a fabric store. You can find almost anything from basic to glam. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
