Excellent service from purchase to delivery!!! Very friendly staffs. Love my new purchase and I strongly recommend to my family and friends. Mattress is very comfortable and excellent quality. Price is reasonable for the quality of the product. Even the after service is excellent. I’m really happy that I found this place!!!

On your website, you advertise the latex matresses as 100%talalay latex certified bio GOLS. There is numerous sources online that state that only the dunlop latex process can be certified as bio GOLS. There is, globaly, less then a hand full of talalay latex manufacturer and none of them can make the talalay process GOLS nore 100% natural. It can only be Oeko-tex standard 100 certified. So your matresses are either a dunlop GOLS, a talalay NOT certified GOLS or its only your matress cover that is really certified GOLS. Im just pointing this out and at 3300$ for a 8'' queen OUCH!! Btw I have a Talalay matress and it's AMAZING!

Super service! We worked with Marc-Antoine to select our new mattress and we could not be more pleased. He was helpful and knowledgeable, he took our needs and budget into consideration, and we never once felt pressured. I love that we were able to see the factory and manufacturing process and see the materials that were used. The mattress we chose was in stock and able to be delivered the same day. The delivery men were courteous and efficient. We couldn't be happier with our new bed and highly recommend this local, family-owned and operated company. Cannot recommend this mattress manufacturer/retailer enough! Latex, foam, gel? No problem, they got it all. Specific idea in mind to satisfy all your comfort needs? No problem, they’ll build you a custom mattress in front of your eyes and will see that all your criteria are satisfied. Unsure if you’ll like your new mattress in the long run (firmness, density, etc)? No problem, they have the best after-sales service with excellent warranties. Locally owned manufacturer with years of experience that use only materials sourced from the highest quality suppliers, you can’t go wrong. You won’t get the ‘salesman’ vibe here either; they just know their business and will guide you to the best mattress for your needs that will provide you sound sleep for 20+ years.

Bought a single bed and sommier for what I thought was kinda expensive but I really needed a mattress quick and I thought at this price it would last. Well, it's been a year and the mattress already all sink in. Garbage quality. Keep shopping.Update: After the owner offered in his reply to contact them about my issue, i did so. He did come to inspect the mattress and the problem was with the bed frame that was broken. He blamed it on me and so i had to fix it myself. The bed frame is made with one very thin layer of forense and CARDBOARD. 2 days later it broke elsewhere. I had bought the most expensive option of bed frame i wasn't expecting it to be made of cardboard and thin dry wood alone

It’s a local family run business, so you make an actual relationship with the people not just selling, but making your product. They listen to what you need, help you choose the right option, they offer all kinds of customizations to their offers to meet your specific needs.We were struggling between 2 different mattresses, so they quickly (in less than 5 mins) mocked up an option that would be in between the 2 so we could try it right there!Everyone that you interact with is nice and professional - from the sales side, manufacturing, and delivery! Oh and turnaround time from purchase to delivery was just 1 week!The product is super high quality and even better than we expected. I’ve had the best sleep ever since our Matelas Selection arrived. I highly recommend them! :)

One of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I am very sensitive to toxic materials so I had a lot of questions, which Marc-Antoine answered very kindly; the materials they use all seemed to be non-toxic and healthy. You can actually see them work in the workshop, so nothing is hidden. They are very honest and transparent about products and prices (no false discount practice). I first chose a mattress which turned out not to be the best fit for me, so I went back to choose another one; they efficiently made the switch with not fuss whatsoever. I am absolutely in love with my new mattress. I didn't have any allergic reaction at all and on top of it all, I sleep better. A Québécois company with such good service and excellent products, what more could one want?!

This place is run exactly as it should be. We walked in, told the guy what we wanted, he constructed the bed on the spot and we approved it and left happy, all within 20 minutes. Save yourself the time and the awful sales pitches of salespeople who don't give a damn and shop here at this local, family run business. Can't say enough good things about them.
