Friendly staff, helpful and made the experience smooth and painless. Had mix ups and problems at my original u haul location, these guys rectified the problem and compensated me which goes a long way! Thank you.

U-Haul should mark on the fuel gauge where the actual fill line is so everyone gets treated fairly. The last user had filled to the apparent fill line, so I didn’t question that it was full when I accepted the vehicle, but after my trip, I actually filled the tank, and the needle was way past the ‘full’ line, meaning I paid for their fuel and U-Haul staff were unsympathetic. $30 of fuel for 15km is ridiculous.My mistake for following the rules I guess.

Although the reviews didn't look too promising I chose to rent a storage unit here (5x10) and so far, a few months in, I have absolutely no complaints! I was able to choose a unit that worked for me (based on their availability) and I have easy access to the load/unload area. The only time it's really busy is on the weekends but weekday access is fantastic. Affordable price. Good service when registering and there's always trolleys available when I show up. Clean and well kept storage area. My only frustration has been that sometimes the parking is a bit chaotic if there's lots of trucks coming back for their drop off check.

Great U-Haul location, friendly staff and always lots of vehicles available when I've needed them. Convenient to have it right off Innes and it looks like they are building a huge second building for storage. Halo car wash next door is great to have too.

Poor customer service and condescending managerThis location has to be the worst one ever. The rating shouldn’t be higher than 1.5. Believe what people say here about their poor customer service, unprofessional staff, dysfunctional system and condescending manager.I reserved a truck for my brother to pick up and when he got there he had to wait in line. After waiting in line for almost an hour and getting the keys to his vehicle, he was ready to pay but unfortunately the facility doesn’t take tap. He asked to step out the facility to grab his keys and the employee accepted. When he came back to finish the transaction, he was asked to restart the line which would mean another hour waisted.I’ve ran into situations where certain establishments don’t have tap, but the staff is very understanding and allow you to get your card from your vehicle while they take care of the next person while you’re away. Once you return, they finish whoever they have at the moment and make you the next person. Even at other U-Haul locations. But in this case, the staff forced him to restart the line from the begging.As they were unwilling to even hear him out, I decided to called higher up. I was helped by a lovely woman who agreed with me and said that this isn’t how customers should be treated, specially if the keys to the vehicle is in his hands. She contacted the innés location and that’s when he was pulled out the line to complete his transaction and get his vehicle. This whole situation made us lose a elevator reservation to the next destination we were moving furniture to.I asked that the manager calls me first thing on Monday as he was away on vacation. He never called me so I gave a call to the location and requested to speak to him. This interaction is the reason I would STRONGLY suggest each person reading this to avoid this place. After insinuating that I was lying about the situation, this man proceed to claim that my brother walked in without a driver licence. When I pointed out that he already had the keys in his hands (cause the keys are handed to the person once they confirm they have a VALID driver license), this man became very defensive and condescending. He pointed out that I wasn’t there so “couldn’t know what happened”. When I returned that same comment to him, he was more doubling down on his defence. Mind you I pointed out that the location has cameras and we didn’t need to do the back and forth. Obviously, he refused. Once I saw the conversation was going no where and this man was refusing to take admit his staff was in the wrong, I ended the call.

Rented a moving trailer for July1st. I guess this is the busiest time of the year due to Quebec's moving day.Ordered though the website, trailer was ready when I came in.Spent 10 mins only to pick-up my trailer, awesome! They even hooked it up to my truck!Droppping off was even easier, 10 minuets and I'm free to go.Exact service I'd expect from rental company! Thanks.

Ended up getting my truck *five* hours late due to the previous driver going my MIA on a very busy moving day. Yet the team here did everything they could to remedy the situation. They were very great at communicating and really helped me out however they could. Very happy with the service they provided!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.I asked to have a 2” receiver on a hitch installed, I waited for over 2 weeks for them to get the wiring which they never got. I informed them I would take care of the wiring.The day the appointment was I tried reaching them 34 times, no answer or call back. They have installed the WRONG receiver and nobody at the service desk had a clue of what to do and the manager could not be reached. They could not fix this issue since they did not have in stock the right receiver size before ANOTHER 2 weeks and did not offer anything to compromise for their mistake.I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL!!!

If it is not U Haul the branch will close soon, the manager is unknowing person not professional at all, the word professional is too big for him, I don't want wasting my time reviewing all details it Zero not one star but please do not go there

!!DO NOT USE THE SELF-SERVE OPTIONS!! Their website doesn’t work, and they WILL make it your problem. When we tried to pick up the truck, we spent about 30 minutes trying to get the website to work, and when it finally did it wouldn’t let us without a crazy amount of documentation (who carries around their passport and lease agreement??), so we had to go in to the reception desk to do it. When we returned the truck, it was after hours and the website didn’t upload anything properly (which I didn’t realize) and we got charged a $20 “convenience fee” for them to verify the return the next morning AND they charged us for “missing gas” because the guy at the service desk didn’t properly update that there was already missing fuel on pickup, even though he assured us he had. Absolutely horrific experience.
