Glenda at the drive thru is very unwelcoming, grumpy, and unfriendly. A review from 3 YEARS ago said the same thing about her. Terrible customer service, felt rushed to finish our order although we wanted to order more.

Listen, it might take a bit to get through the line. But I rather go here then literally ANY tim hortons in my city. They are polite, and caring. I dont know they've ever gotten my order wrong (and my orders are wrong 70% of the time in my city). Plus, their donuts actually look fantastic. This place is absolutely awesome! Would honestly go out of my way on travels to go here if I had to. Keep it up guys!

They never get the order right through the drive through. There's been many times I've passed by wanting to get something but have to remind myself I won't get what I ask for. And it's multiple things in the order that get mixed up! Very frustrating.

Would you like flies with that?Tim Hortons used to brag about how fast they could get a customer in and out. But now with their newly added food its almost always a five minute wait for a coffee.Not to mention 90 percent of them seem to have these reheated frozen donuts anyhow.So much for 'always fresh' maybe it should be 'unclean and frozen' for the new motto.

Typical Tim Hortons menu, I like their cookies. Chili is pretty good. Good to grab something quick when in a hurry.

Has got to be the worst TH on the planet. Cant get hot food after 6pm. They never have the donuts I want. They mess up your order.Having said that. There are a few employees that try their hardest to make up for the slackersTh is just so bad

Very standard Timmies experience for food. Drive thru is often busy as it's only one in town.
