While the new owners of the Coldwater Garage seem very nice, 2 separate visits have resulted badly.Both times they had the parts messed up which left me without a vehicle for an additional day or more.The last visit resulted in being late for a very time sensitive job in which i had to have someone else go and set up for me until i could get there as they were still not done by the time they said they would be, a patched job on my vehicle which they claim is fine and over $300 in extra charges compared to a quote I received from a shop in Barrie.Unfortunately I went for the convenience of local. Sad to say that supporting local in these circumstances was not the best.

Diane helped us today,canada day. She was at the shop and did a on the spot tire repair and saved our day. Bless her.

Dropped off my 2005 F150 with steering issues to the new owners at this service garage. Dianne called me several times with updates since my truck was not cooperating. Service was complete after a couple of days and they did an awesome job. They lubed up a few areas which are typically problematic and listed some other work that should be done in the near future. Very professional and friendly. They explained in detail what they needed to do to get me going again as well as showed me the graveyard of parts they had to replace. Would highly recommend this garage.

This garage is amazing have lived in coldwater for 3 years now and typically do our dealings in midland however this time we decided to call.....and WOW Diane is so polite and perfessional my husband needed front brakes and winters I so I called and got a quote told Diane to go ahead and order the parts and tires she did then set up a day that worked for us what was 1.5 later we dropped the car off and she called us to let us know our brakes were good but something else was not good tirod go figure lol so she ordered that and were all fixed and ready for Canadian winter she even waited to do the tires until the other was replaced highly recommended

Appointment for 9am. Took car at 1130am.Checked brakes and then back brake was dragging. Was told by mechanic they didn't have time to look at it now when we turned around and returned to garage.Also front caliper was hot when we got home. Car was in worse shape after taking car there.

Amazing and honest. I've had two of my vehicles in here to be repaired, and have yet to have a bad thing to say about them. Mark was upfront on the phone with me and was able to tell me what he thought the issue was based on my crazy description. The rates are more then reasonable and the work is top notch. It's nice to know that I can take my truck into a garage and not get ripped off.

First time i went to Jim i thought he was honest and fair in replacing the water pump although he had the truck for a week.Second time i went was for brakes leaking. He replaced 2 brake lines and the rear brakes complete for over a 1000.Nine days later i picked up the truck and had front end noise. Found out later the wheel bearings were gone, as well as upper/lower ball joints and front brake discs had started delaminating.Also i was advised one of the rear caliper bolts was very loose and the caliper may have come off.Not impressed
