Found rubber boots l was looking for and a pair of jeans as well. Next visit is for a pair of nonslip work shoes. Rep was very helpful and respectful with all of my questions. Highly recommended and given 5 Stars for their support and service.

Scammers !! Poor Management !! Very bad experience todayDon't even try to sign up for their rewards card or program, they scammed us to offer rewards program and ended up signing up for their Mastercard. This is the employee that did this, she should be fired first. She offered us a rewards card to get a 15% off. She asked us our ID card, we gave and she did a credit check, opened a Mastercard in our name without our consent. She filed all fake info by herself, she did the authorize and submitted it. The so called manager" on the side is her friend

Conveniently, a good store to look for specials since generally, the regular prices are high. Moreover, in the store you could see & try the gears than buying them online. In case if we buy something online, helpful, if they could arrange to pickup in the store than shipping. :)

Good:Staff was friendly products are good as expected and well laid out. Prices are fair.Bad:I asked multiple times after signing up for a Canadian tire card if there would be a hard check on my credit. The sales reps were extremely insistent that there wouldn’t be. I was very clear multiple times I would not be interested if there was a hard check, as I am currently trying to apply for a mortgage and this could effect my approval. Multiple times they were very clear there was not. The next day my score went down 20 points.To be fair the the girl in the front looked new and was trying. The senior employee was the one who took the lead on confidently giving me bad information, and dismissed my concerns multiple times and assured me the check was soft.I trust intentions were good, but I would have much preferred “I don’t know” as an answer. Nothing wrong with that.

I was at this location a few days ago & it was a very pleasant experience !!! The clerk that came to help me was very polite, knowledgeable & helped me select an excellent pair of hiking shoes.After about 10 minutes I selected one of the options she had presented me . I got a good price and excellent service.I would recommend this store!

The manager, Alex, is the most knowledgeable, understanding and helpful manager I have ever met! I have only been in Vancouver for 18 months and I have been looking for good walking shoes. I’ve been to so many sports stores without any luck because the staff had other things to do??? I went to Mark’s at Kingsgate Mall and Alex was so helpful and considerate of my needs. He picked out the perfect shoe and he was so personable and understanding. His customer service is genuine. It is obvious that he is a great manager and role model for his staff because everyone who works there has the same skills!

This is a busy Mark's, no question, but the staff was friendly and worked hard to move the line while giving each customer personalized service. The male staff member at the counter even seemed to go over and above, calling a cross-city Mark's to check if that store had an item which a customer wanted. When it came my turn, he thanked me for my patience and assured me he'd get me moving soon. I liked that. I was happy as well with the money I saved today. $20 bucks off a pair of non-slip Sketchers for the workplace, plus an additional $8 off for joining Mark's online community (they send you a coupon)... basically left the store paying $75 tax included for a pretty decent pair of work shoes, normally $99 plus tax. All in all, well worth the trip to Kingsgate Mall!

I had a good experience during these covid times. The place was not much crowded and we got enough time to check what we needed to check. Even though the place was small, due to less people we didn't face any problems while using the trial rooms or checking out the shoes. The only con I would say about this place is that the shoes of your size might not be available. I would say visit this place but call before you go just so that you don't have to end up going to some other location.

Fantastic clothing store, with a range of work clothing and shoes / boots. Look for their specials as they often have a good selection of sale items.They also have a few non-clothing items too (water bottles, insulated bottles).
