I went to Heather for a massage by recommendation, and I am so glad I found her. Her massage is purposeful and I always leave there feeling more relaxed and calm. My whole family has gone to her for a massage and no one left there disappointed.

This Yoga studio is so cozy! The class I participated in was a small intimate group and I loved the natural lighting and location! Heather (the instructor) was great and I felt very relaxed at the end of it. She integrated bolsters/blocks into the practice as well which I liked.
