Great selection. Somewhat pricey. Staff rather aloof. Service was ok, nonetheless.

I bought a Woman Ice Ruby boot which is advertised as 100% leather. However, the boots have cracked. I have shown them to a 40 yeay leather specialist who has only found some leather along the zipper.

Somehow a charge was added to my credit card from this place, never shopped here in my life and I never go to this mall, so did my wife, what is up with this, sorry but not positive results for you.UPDATE:OK, now that you CLEARED that up, why not put that info for all credit card users when they all got charged from that name, and, when we call the store in Gatineau, inform your employees this ifo so they can pass it along to confused card holders! I am glad you are a sponsor of this festival but it just comes off as sketchy what was done here. BTW, I cancelled my credit card becasuse of this and had to update all of my accounts because your decision, so, not impressed with what transpired here and I hope you learn from it!

Gail and Helen who work at your store in Carlingwood are amazing. I called and Gail answered and gave me alot of info on how i could look online for my favorite boots by Dorking.So I found the perfect pair,called Gail and she ordered for me and sent them to her store(Helen helped with that part).They held them for 2 days as I live 40kms away.Helen was there when Itried them on and purchased them,she was very kind.I love that I canorder more from LePacha and have them delivered to Carlingwood.I wanted your managers to know how wonderful your staff are,give them a pat on the back!! actually I bought a winter boots for man at the end 9f 2017 by 140 plus tax tybe reicker suppost it's high market but unfortunately it's very bad I didn't used more I went today to the store in promenade gatineau I meet some girl ther to try to get any solution for my shose she is name Emily she doesn't has any experience dosen't try to help me really my advice for everyone doesn't go to this store I think almost them staff more expensive and not quality

Bought a new pair of boots here today and all the employees were very kind and helpful. Definitely would go back and can’t recommend enough.

Terrible customer service. I called and recieved no help . I understand they don't speak English but I'm bilingual and I didn't have a problem speaking French. I guess I have a dialect....my 2 years old geox shoes are terrible fit he can't get them on and th size is supposinly correct. I've payed for shipping to Montreal and now I have to pay to return the shoes as well. Just terrible especially during this movie 19 would never recciment it to anyone
