I wish there was a 0 star rating that I could give to this premium outlet of YSL. I bought a bag from them. The associate scanned the item and asked the amount and I paid whatever she asked. It does happen many times when u bring an item to the cash register, when they scan the barcode, the price is different. Of course i thought that.Transaction was completely done. She puts the money in the cash register and the receipt was out. Gave me my change back and I placed it in my bag. Now she placed my purchased item in the dust bag and another associate suddenly started to scan the item I bought.Seriously, after the transaction is done y would u scan it again. And after a minute they just did a refund right away without telling me, explaining me or asking me. They didn’t bother telling me anything that what’s going on. Now putting my money back on the counter and telling me, “we can’t sell this bag to u because the price is wrong.” HOW RUDE IS THIS.They didn’t explain anything to me.Once the transaction is done. Now the bag was my property and without telling me they just did a refund. I mean u have to accept that it was ur mistake and u pay for this, not me. They should have checked the price before u accept the payment. They were really rude for not accepting their mistake. They should honour the price what they said and I paid the amount.On top they disrespected me by saying that they can give 5% OFF if I wanna buy it for the higher price. I never felt so disrespectful ever before. There were no words of sorry from them or apology for the mistake they have made. I didn’t hear anything like that. All I heard is after selling it to me they just said, “we can’t sell it to u because the price is wrong.” But u already sold it to me. The transaction was done.I have all the proofs of transaction receipts with me. Seriously I can never go back to this store. I have been to many stores, if any store makes a mistake of price, they always honour that price for the customer. Because they r responsible for that not a customer.

Staff is amazing here especially Mahwish. I always deal with her. Great selection of bags, shoes and clothing. I shop here quite a bit and get a great savings. My latest purchase is this large college bag and she’s a beauty!

Had a disappointing experience at this location. A few months ago I was helped by a sales associate named Mah and purchased a bag. However, the bag had a dent in the leather, and I was told it was the last one in stock and nothing can be done. I really liked the style, so I felt pressured to buy it despite this imperfection.I follow Mah’s WhatsApp group where she posts updates on current stock. A few hours after leaving the store, I received a notification stating that the same bag was still available, when she told me the bag I purchased was the last one! I live over an hour away from the store so I wasn’t able to drive back to return the item and confront her over this. I felt deceived and misled. It was clear to me that she was not completely honest during our interaction.Overall, I was disappointed by the sales tactics used by Mah, and I believe that customers should be treated with transparency and honesty. This is not acceptable coming from Saint Laurent, the bag wasn’t cheap and still costed a few thousand dollars. I hope store management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated fairly in the future. It is clear from reading other reviews many people had similar experiences at this location. As for my experience, I would not recommend shopping at this location due to my negative experience.

I’ve been visiting this store regularly since they opened a few years ago.I just wanted to say that aside from Jae, everyone else in this store treats you like you don’t exist. My family and I have spent over $20,000 here in the last few years and every time that I go in, I’m stuck sitting around for long periods of time without a single person addressing me.I can’t count the amount of times that I have walked in, picked out an item I am ready to buy, sat down for over 20 minutes just to watch all the staff talk and laugh in the front as if I don’t exist.I have never been so angry and upset visiting a luxury designer store until this one.I understand this is an outlet store so the level of service might not be the same as the main boutiques, but there shouldn’t be an excuse as I have experienced this multiple times. Only person who looks at you is security because I almost always walk in wearing Saint Laurent clothing and none of the associates had ever noticed. So your looks and status doesn’t mean anything.I actually called out all the employees for standing around and talking while I was waiting for someone to help me for over 20 minutes during my last visit.If you’re a thief, this might be the store to visit because no one will even look at you twice.I would strongly suggest avoiding all visits to this store, after my most recent experience I will never be visiting them again.Just sucks how one store can genuinely change your entire opinion on a brand you’ve been supporting for the last 15 years

I visited the saint laurent at the toronto premium outlet today, and did not leave with a good impression. As I enter the store, no sales representative had approached me or asked me if I needed help, looking for an item. I had to wait awhile until I received some help. (The store was not busy, only around 4-5 customers). As I approached one of the sales lady first, and asked her if she had an item in a different colour or size, the lady tried to shrug me off, and kept walking away. I was not even done asking my question and she walks away. The attitude was rude. This is not the customer service you want to give to clients. To save anyones time at this location; there is nothing good, no bags in the classic black colour, no wallets on chains, not many options for cardholders, wallets, and heels.

There is a line up as a limited amount of people can enter the store and the only worker who greeted us was the one letting us in. The workers inside don’t acknowledge the customers and look the other way. They don’t notice that customers are wanting to look at the purses until other workers say to help the customers or the customers have to get their attention since they are on their phones.

Got a bag here today and I must say after shopping here for years, Amna went above and beyond . She was the most helpful in finding a purse for me, and took great care of me and my family while we were there, offering water and helping us do the foreign exchange math.
