Had an issue with a bedroom fan. I googled the name and found the store which was in Delta. Took it there and they replaced it with a new one. I had no idea that it has a lifetime warranty. Excellent customer service. Meredith was welcoming and took care of me very well. Highly recommend their high quality products and service. Thank you!

Old residential product lines. In this case sold to us for 2 100' track runs. No way to bond it as screws are on back side and couplers fit terribly. Guys solution to me was 'yeah they haven't changed in 20 years usually just sold for residential' That's after they had my $2k. They sent me 3k integrated heads when I specified 4k. Asked what they could do they said nothing no heads have higher spectrum than that. So I spent time going through their products pages. Found decent non integrated that could utilize GU10 LED's with a 4 k spectrum. Seemed simple actually cost less....this was not even considered from them as no customer support after they've got your money. Will never give them a dime again neither should you.

Although I was promised delivery on a Friday before the long weekend, Kendal cancelled the delivery without notice. When I called on Tuesday, they still could not ship it until late that afternoon. There were 3 electricians at my home all day Tuesday waiting for the lights to arrive, getting paid to do nothing. Very poor customer service.

Very well managed company. Excellent product quality. Really friendly helpful bunch!
