Go elsewhere, shop around for a suitable installer and provider ... read on for more .....We came here looking for professional advice and installation and received not even the bare minimum as a consumer. After contracting West Nova for a heating system and following their expert advice, we have been disappointed. They installed a system which after four months requires fixing and the worst part is, it's not the appropriate system for our home - Shame West Nova, there is a responsibility to providing professional services in the market and as a representative of a large reputable organization, this is not acceptable.This sales pitch/representative did not care about our needs but merely gaining a paid invoice. This company needs to step up the accountability in offering professional heating advice and service for the consumer.I invite West Nova to contact us to correct this issue, and complete the promised work in a reputable way. The sub-contracting was inadequate and West Nova has left us with additional, unnecessary expenses to correct.

Very friendly staff and great prices for tank fills. They prep a lot of their products on site and know what they sell.

Watch out if you want to buy a Napoleon gas fireplace from Total Energy - they will only service and support the fireplace if you buy your propane from whichever supplier is their current partner.I bought a Napoleon fireplace from them in 2013 and signed up to a propane supply contract with Wilsons - who was the Total Energy partner at the time. When Total Energy was bought by West Nova Propane, they encouraged customers to switch propane suppliers. I chose not to switch and now Total Energy will not service the Napoleon fireplace even though they continue to be an authorised Napoleon dealer. I even purchased a replacement remote control for the Napoleon from them and when it did not have the right connectors, they did not support that problem either. After trying for months to get a response, I was told that their company policy" is that they will only service and support fireplaces for customers who use West Nova for their propane supply - even Napoleon fireplaces that they have sold.If you bought a new car from a Ford dealer

When it comes to anything to do with heating, wood stoves, propane, fireplaces, and barbecues, these folks are awesome. Best, most reliable, friendliest service around.

Ask for qoute to switch oil to propane, got a schedule but the specialist never came. Had to reschedule. Finally the specialist came. Got it checked but qoute never came. Had to call again to ask for the qoute and until now still nothing. Go somewhere else. Too bad my time got wasted.

I needed a blower fan for my napoleon gas fireplace. Not only did they have it in stock, it was cheaper than I could find it online. First rate service. I will shop there again.
