Incredibly negligent with client information. The owner himself transmitted sensitive information to somebody I did not authorize in my account under the pretext that this person was part of my family. Extremely unprofessional and innapropriate relationship with clients. The owner is friends with my mother and took it upon himself to share information about me with her. I don't even share my address with my family for privacy reasons and that breach of trust could have compromised many things, including my place of residence.Edit: The owner reached out to my mother, told her about this review and is threatening to sue for defamation following the current review. That's a common technique used by abusive companies called Strategic lawsuit against public participation." Commonly known as SLAPP suits. Thankfully

Internet service is unstable, and the customer service is poor. Not recommend

I have been using mazagan internet since 2015, i could say they have the best price quality here in montreal, the customer service is excellent. I think it is a company that values their customers.

I was a customer with them 5 years I payed every month 57 $ for 30 mb or we can say it's just 12 mb when I did the speed test in my house and when I want to cancel them service, they started to make problems with me. No supervisor or good customer service everyone told me a different story about my account. I called the customer protection and will go so far the don't respect their customer. Not recommend for everybody don't make my mistake you will stock with worest service in Canada

Very bad experience with this company. I got a good deal with them. Price vs Speed it was great. but two months in I found a better deal somewhere else, like any other customer I did cancel my service with Mazagan. So Last commnication with them was back in May 2019 . They never send any invoices only when you have to request it. I got a phone today Dec 13th. Telling me that I had to pay the installation fees, which I was not aware to start with. I never saw the contract or never have been advised about the three months rules.

This is by far the worse customer service I received from any company that I ever dealt with. Asked to speak with a manager to have my internet problem fix but the BOSS was too important to even take 2 min of his precious time to even come outside and talk to me. I will make sure everyone I referred to this place cancel their service with them. This place don’t deserve my hard earned money.
