OMG, I never had such bad experience from HH or HD. So my review based on 4 visits.Support: almost zero,Friendly: 1 of 5Knowledge: 1of 5Content: not sure, not everything is there.Better place is really at the king street in waterloo. They will get 4-5 of 5.

Horrible experience, their reservation system first off only takes a pickup date not a return date, so when you go to book a van you are told you won't know for sure if you're getting the van until just before your pickup time (since without asking for return dates they have no idea if a van will be available or not), that's not a great system for van rentals where you need to know in advance as you have other commitments to put in place depending what you're doing that can't wait until the last minute.Then even though we called the store and confirmed there was no other reservations the weekend we needed, that night I got an automated cancellation of the reservation saying no availability, so we called the store again, the clerk looked and said that there is literally nothing reserved that weekend and suggested we reserve again, which we did.As we needed some level of commitment or just assurance that the reservation was working they offered to have the store manager call us. We got the call and the guy basically told us there was no availability (even though others said there was lots) and to call some other rental place, then tried to blame the issue on the pandemic... he was very rude and not helpful at all.Go elsewhere!

I love the Home Depot. Always in stock products and friendly staff.
