This review is foe the 24 hr lockers. Space is clean, nicely lit, and has security cameras. Only issue is door gets a little jammed when trying to leave. Just press hard and you should be fine.

I wish the amazing team at MBI ran every business! I’ve been using their mail service for about 6 months now, and every interaction I have is pleasant, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The service is so easy to use from smooth communication and pickups. Can’t make it in to pick up your packages during business hours? No problem! They’ll leave them in an overnight locker for you. I just love them all so much and can’t recommend them enough!

They're ok. Prices have just considerably sincegood ol' COVID.Too bad they're the only ones really around for that service. I like competition for my hard earned money.

I’ve been using Mailboxes International for parcel receiving over a decade. They’re consistently good at what they do. Costs have always been reasonable and competitive. I appreciated when they implemented their online portal; made it easier to self-manage. They’ve got great customer service via email and phone. Efficient and informative.They’re open at decent times (cut down since COVID) and there’s wifi on site. (No washrooms tho!) And when you can’t pick up during business hours, there’s always the lockers you can utilize 24/7. This option does require some forethought; packages aren’t automatically stored in a locker for pick up.They run like a well-oiled machine. I recommend!

Really nice staff. You get a notification when a parcel arrives if you have a yearly subscription. Can authorize others to pick up on your behalf. They check ID. Haven't used it before, but they also have an overnight locker system to pick up when they aren't open.

I've been a customer of this place for many years. The quality of the service is only surpassed by the quality of the movies on the screen. I have found myself sitting there for hours on edge to find out what happens to Bucky Barnes even though I already know. MBI is a thrill ride through heaven, hell and back to heaven. One of the workers sarcastically cheers for the Dallas Cowboys cause who would ever cheer for them on purpose right? Pure comedy gold. This place is a box collecting utopia.

I love this place being a Canadian ! You save tons of money on shipping.The staff are super friendly and accommodating whenever I call last minute to put my packages in the after hours lockers . The staff are the core of this operation and are awesome ! Thanks guys from a 4 year customer .

Switched over when Pacific Mail and parcel closed after covid. Very happy with the after hours locker service. So easy and included in your fee. Straightforward directions to access the after hours area sent via email. Convenient location if you use the pacific crossing.
