This team of realtors is amazing! They are so experienced and great to work with!! As a first time homebuyer- we had a pretty conservative budget and Rhonda and Dave sent us listings for every single house on the market in that price range!! The options felt endless! They were so fun to view houses with and did not put any pressure on us whatsoever! When we were ready to make an offer, they took us through the house again to be absolutely sure and walked us through the process step by step!! It was a fantastic and exciting experience! They advocated for us through the entire process and really took the time to make sure we understood everything!! After a very poor experience with another realtor-We couldn't be happier with the service and non-judgmental environment!!! Thanks CIR!!!!!
