We have been living here for 2 years and it's been perfect experience.There are not enough stars to rate Shima (property manager) and her team.Our common areas and amenities are always clean.management team cares and understands if there is an issue they will be there for you and try to help you.Thanks guys

My stay in BELLARIA 3 for over 3 years has been delightful. the building is absolutely stunning but more important what made the difference in my staying is SHIMA and the whole managing and maintenance team. they really are on top and you can see from the three and flowers, the Christmas decoration, how clean and organize is the building and how they solve the problems.I'm very sad I had to leave but I wish Shima and all the team my best for the future, I'm sure whoever will stay in Bellaria will love it!

This is my first condo experience in Canada. The Management Team of Tower III is amazing. They are always helpful and they keep the common area and amenities safe and clean. Staff are all easy to reach and efficient in solving problem. I am glad to be a proud resident of here.

Bellaria Tower Ⅲ
I've lived at the Bellaria Tower III for 12 years and it's been a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, as it's close to Vaughan Mills, Canada's Wonderland, and the Hospital, among other great places. The building is safe and kept very clean. I would highly recommend anyone to either buy or rent a suite, as it's a great place to live. Everyone is so friendly.
