I had a leak in the attic because damage shingles, I contacted my insurance company and right away WINMAR contacted me, Ezequiel took care of everything, he explained the process, sent his crew, contacted the roofer, he did all the work. They disposed of family photographs and took jewelry from our home for cleaning which they now claim to have thrown away. They did not notify us at all and they were absolutely salvageable. There are also glaring omissions on our contents listing and an entire room at the house was missed. Other items taken for cleaning are also now missing. When they said the jewelry was gone, Bill refused to disclose the name of the disposal company and it took another 24 hours to get it from James, even though this is time sensitive. They took documents for restoration then couldn't find them for 6 weeks, then advised that they wouldn't clean them until I pointed out we had already been given that option, only then did they restore them.We had concerns since March over how the asbestos was being handled and that there was no air quality check. Our insurance company advised they would do it at the end, but they did not do it. In April, they sent a message that the abatement had been completed. We have now asked for the Asbestos Abatement Certificate and they do not have it. During this time we thought it was safe to re-enter the house and some casual Windmar employees were only wearing N95s to enter which do not protect against asbestos fibres. Our insurance company is now sending the engineers in again to test for asbestos as no new company will continue work without the Asbestos Abatement Certificate.I do not personally believe that the recent reviews here reporting excellent service could possible be real reviews as they do not align with our experience in the slightest. We have not had a good experience with them.

I had a fire in my condominium and I was totally at a loss as to how I would handle the cleanup and restoration of my unit. WinMar Property Restoration Company was recommended to me.The day after the fire Ezequiel and his crew were there to support and help me with advice and support and a plan for the process they would use in rebuilding the unit while working with my Insurance Company and the Condominium Insurance Company. WinMar Oakville was quick, thorough, organized and communicated with me daily about what they were doing to clean up the mess. After the Insurance Companies had agreed on costs, WinMar started to rebuild my home with new drywall, electrical, paint, kitchen cabinets and may other items that were lost in the fire. I spoke with Ezequiel on a regular basis and he would always get back to me with answers to my questions. I highly recommend WinMar Oakville Property Restoration Specialists for their attention to detail, work ethic and customer communication. Outstanding..thank you!!!

Terrible, Jamie has failed to respond to my secondary/follow-up phone calls. The one time we spoke, he seemed flustered, unprofessional, and brief with me.I feel that everyone deserves a second chance.But with him not even having the courtesy to answer his phone, or to respond to my texts and emails, he isn't cut out for customer service type of work.

My experience with Winmar was great. Fast to start the work. The site manager Ezequel was with me every step of the way and kept me informed in what was going on. The crews were hard working and very much a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them anytime to anyone.

WINMAR was extremely responsive once I reported a flood to my insurance company. The manager came to assess the situation within a few hours even though it was late at night. They dispatched a clean-up crew the next business day and worked quickly to mitigate the water damage. The manager was extremely flexible in being available to meet the other trades we required as well as the insurance representative and was easy to get ahold of in general. The repair work was also completed in a timely manner and was of high quality. There were some errors made and things missed that I had to follow up on, but they were extremely accommodating and took care of everything right away. All the men working on site were friendly, hard-working, and respectful. I highly recommend their team for any restoration work necessary.

This company offers the most efficient, professional and reliable service I have ever received in my life! We had a roof leak on the weekend. After contacting our insurance company, they had Zeke from Winmar contacted us by phone within 1 hour and arrived at our home within 2 hours. He had his emergency staff to our home to remove the damaged drywall, insulation and set up dehumidifiers to start drying the studs in the walls with concern for our families health. When it was time to put things back together, within three days the house looked like new. I couldn’t have asked for better experience. They took the stress of everything away.
