Canada Post

Experience at this post office has been fine since my first visit. Upping the stars.

Got two notice slips in the mail indicating packages would be ready for pickup after 1pm next day from this post office. I came in on my lunch break with my child, to collect both parcels at 12:55pm. Lady scans both and tells me one isn't ready for pickup. How is that possible when both packages were attempted to be delivered together yesterday? How was only one of them dropped off when the slips indicate both would be ready for pick-up from this location? And what's the point of having a pick-up time indicated in the notice and not following it? When I asked her why and expressed that this would be a huge inconvenience to come back again, during the height of yet another wave of covid, with my toddler under 2 years old, she told me there is only one person working here". When she gave me my package she thought it would be smart to add "see you tomorrow". Unbelievable. I don't know how this woman still has a job."

Went after 6pm so I was expecting a long line, but surprisingly it took less than 5min to finish the entire drop off process! Very quick and simple. Good experience.

Certain staff should not work there. Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Would never go back to this Canada Post again.

This is a new location for Canada Post. I work downstair and very happy to see they launching it in London Drugs. I visit here very often for the business of the bank I am working in. Every time the staffs was extremely cheerful, friendly and sweet. It seems most staffs are under training, but all of them did a amazing job with professional attitude. Thank you lovely ladies working here!

The lady there was indifferent and unwilling to help. I asked are there only 2 options to mail the thing?" to learn about different options but she replied "We have express but you didn't want the expensive one". This is rude and not professional. And she refused to help me check if the receiving address is valid. Please have more training."

I called this post office to ask for any information why my package was not shipped to the recipient, because I explained to the service staff that the recipient had no luck calling the help line for Canada Post. The service agent was quite rude and kept stating that they did not have tracking numbers starting with that number but after I repeatedly told her that it was on the Canada Post receipt that they gave me the other day, she was willing to try to type it into their computer system. She found the tracking number, and then got really defensive when I tried investigating if there was any possibility that they did not send out my package yet. Overall a terrible experience, I understand the staff may be overworked due to staff shortage, but something needs to be done because it was really bad service. I also find the staff at this location generally pretty rude, but could usually tolerate them as I thought the staff were new hires. However the situation has not changed at all since a while ago.

I regret getting a PO Box at this location. The address for your PO Box is:PO BOX (Your Box Bumber) RPO BRENTWOODBurnaby BC V5C 0M5CanadaWhen you type in the address on google maps it just shows the Brentwood Mall. So delivery services like Amazon, DHL, and FedEx all have problems finding the address which causes delays on your package delivery. And sometimes they won’t even deliver.Also the employees seem really new and make a lot of mistakes. Definitely canceling my PO Box subscription and going somewhere else. Waste of time.
