I am a Physio who has worked with Akhilles on the same clients before and with full confidence, I would recommend training with him. Akhilles is very knowledgeable on good training principles and injury prevention. I would gladly have my clients, who are usually in pain, to train with him along side physical therapy.

Train with Akhilles
Akhil is a great trainer. Very knowledgeable with how to exercise the RIGHT way. Picks the right exercises and intensity level that my body is ready for. His workouts are tough but never to a point of straining. Always observes and listens to feedback to make necessary adjustments and explains what's going on mechanically with the body to use it right. Would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Akhil for anyone doing weight training.I’m a female who’s been weight lifting for years. I started to get into heavier weights, but thought I should check my form to prevent a serious injury. I read all the articles and YouTube videos you can find, and thought I was doing a pretty good job. I was so wrong. Akhil is very knowledgeable and had so much valuable advice to help improve my workouts. His advice was very specific and tailored to my body type, level of training and goals. His years of experience is obvious. I wouldn’t have been able to progress without him. Thanks Akhil.

Akhil is an awesome trainer! He’s extremely knowledgeable and patient, and clearly loves helping his clients be their best selves. I was hoping to learn how to do different exercises properly and learn a few different routines for strength building and I definitely got that. I’ve felt great since training with Akhil and love that he’s always able to answer my questions. I feel good knowing that I now have a foundation to build on. I highly recommend training with Akhil!

Training with Akhil helped keep me accountable to my fitness goals of burning fat and strength training. First and foremost, Akhil always made sure that I kept proper form as to avoid any injury.
