Super helpful staff. Great selection I highly recommend them They even had food for my son's hedgehog! Also had recommendations for my dog that has food allergies!

Always a good experience here! My dog, of course, loves this store. We’re always greeted by the friendly staff members and my dog sits there waiting for a treat from them every time. They have lots of different kibble and raw options available for any dog. The best part of the store might be the baths for $10 - and every 6th(?) one is free. You get a bag of treats for the pooch and they leave you some towels with a few different shampoo options to choose from - including conditioner. There’s also an air dryer thing if your dog doesn’t have a problem with it. Thanks for all your help Bosley’s team!

The store is clean and organized, and the customer service was absolutely 5 star. I ran up to the entrance as they were closing and was still encouraged to come in and take my time to pick the right fish. It was a last minute Christmas gift and was very important, and the young woman working that night by the name of Michele who saved the day will not soon be forgotten. You helped choose the best fish, food, and tanks after you were going to lock up, it still resonates in my thoughts. My daughters love their beautiful, happy fish.

Great staff. Brought my pup in for a treat a few days after he got neutered. He was still not really himself and was refusing to walk a few days after surgery- staff member sat with him for about ten minutes bribing him to walk with different treats and he eventually forgot about his annoying collar/incision and was happily trotting along for treats in the shop. Staff member had fostered a ton of dogs and was really helpful!

They had everything I was looking for, and the store is very organized and clean. Great bathing service for dogs. Although the employees were helpful, they seemed sad. They could probably use some cheering up!

Everyone was very helpful finding toys and a halloween kerchef for my cat! They also fed Morticia her weight in treats for being a good girl :}
