The awesome staff at the new Tamarack store in Cranbrook really raised the bar for customer service and going out of their way in order to help me, they did everything in their power to resolve my issue and added my new address in their system in order to get me the most affordable bundle I have ever been offered. Chris & Som need a raise.

Jim has been amazing. His customer service is above and beyond. Seriously the best!

Had an excellent experience with Raj here at the Tamarack. He was professional, informative and helpful. The technician that showed up to install our internet was also thoughtful and asked all the right questions to help us get set up. Well done, Shaw. Great staff!

I had couple bad experience . Better to call shaw customer care instead of going to this office .Most of the staff do not have enough product knowledge.

The Shaw Cranbrook personnel lady that I talked on the phone is kinda rude and unprofessional to tell me to just come to the store as if I’m a few minutes away from Cranbrook. They gave me a wrong size of the case and they couldn’t figure out if that’s their fault or not. At least apologize for the mistake and invite as to come back right not that they cannot help us on the phone because they cannot see the fault that’s a stupid thing to say. Sometimes you just need some common sense to solve a problem right. They need to train their people much better than these. Unprofessional…

Last week I took my elderly mother to Shaw Communications in the Tamarack Mall to have her telephone number set up at her new home. Janelle immediately asked my mom who is on oxygen, if she would like a chair to sit on so that she would be more more comfortable and proceeded to bring one from the back room. Janelle and Som then took a number that had been my mother's for 63+ years, long before computer technology, and with time and patience successfully allowed her to continue to use this number. The atmosphere at this location is one that I wish I saw more often - a group of people who work well together, help each other out and actually enjoy working there. You can feel their positive energy when you walk into the store. When I went back to the store two days later to arrange an earlier appointment for a technician, I was met with the same amazing smiles and helpfulness. I can't thank these two ladies enough, the laughter they provided at such a stressful time was greatly appreciated. Thank you!! I would give them more stars if I could!
