Tenzin was very professional and accommodating with all that we asked of him. He moved pipes around for us, installed our bathtub and fixed our drainage system. His prices were very fair and he always made us feel comfortable with the work he was providing us. He made sure everything was properly working before heading off the site. I highly recommend Tenzin for any plumbing work that you might require.

Tenzin is amazing! He was on time, professional (wore booties) and listened attentively to the issues before starting any work. He explained his ideas and when challenged was able to understand the customers point of view and act accordingly. It was a really nice experience having a plumber in who took the time to listen, then properly diagnose the issue. The issue could have been multi fold, but Tenzin took a step by step approach to figure out what was the root cause of the plumbing issue. Tenzin is detailed, polite, professional and a very sincere person. Tenzin was very professional and courteous while investigating the source of a plumbing leak. He found the leak (failed gasket) and repaired it very efficiently. Will call him again the next time we need a plumber.

Tenzin was very responsive and professional. We had a very old outdoor faucet and cartridge that broke and Tenzin fixed it with great proffesionalism. He even tried saving us some money trying to find a fitting cartridge, but when that option turned not feasible he went above and beyod to resolve the problem installing a new cartridge and faucet. This was not at all straight forward as he had to get behind window plastic coverings and styyrofoam insulation (which is flamable). Great service, tahnk you Tenzin!
