I called Sam in the morning and he was here within an hour. He found and resolved my issue so quickly. He also teaches you while he performs the fix so you understand what’s going on. I highly recommend him to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.

Sam was very professional. He guided me on the phone prior to coming. Initially he told me he would be here the next morning at 10 but was able to come at 8:30 am to repair my AC unit. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He had everything fixed in less than an hour and I will never use anyone else besides Sam in the future. Sam came to look at our central air unit after it had been shutting down mid cooling. He explained all of the work he was performing in detail and told me what to look for in my unit to determine if there were any future problems. He came within the hour of us calling him, even though it was already 9:00pm! You don't get amazing service like that with any other company.He was extremely professional and a great person in which to have a conversation. I would highly suggest this company for any AC or HVAC needs.

Whenever dealing with professionals in an area of expertise you have no knowledge in trust becomes very important. You must rely on their integrity to treat you fairly and not take advantage of the situation. Sam presented himself as someone you can trust. He came out to our place on Fathers Day and did not charge a premium for doing so. He was able to fix our problem in a quick and professional manner. The work was expensive but his price point was way less than the other quotes I received and he in no way tried to add in work that was unnecessary. I would strongly recommend contacting Sam if you are having issues with your furnace or AC.

Sam is amazing we have used him twice now. During the summer 2 years ago our AC unit died. We tried everyone and no one would come out. Then we found Sam's company. He came out that night and told us the unit had died, he recommended the AC unit he uses at his house. It has been working great ever since. This time our furnace stopped working, we had been told by our last furnace company it would need to be replaced. Sam came over in 2 hours, found the issue, it was a sensor. He had the part and fixed it then did a once over on the complete furnace. He told us the furnace was fine and did not need replacing. He never tries to up sell you or add on more work. With out Sam my wife and I would have been stranded both times by companies that do not care. Sam not only cares but gets the job done and done well.

Sam did a great job back in 2013 and all these years later when my insurance asked for proof of furnace replacement - he found my old invoice from 10 years ago! Shows a lot of professionalism and record keeping not to mention the great job they did initially. Would recommend!

Sam did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable and professional. I made an appointment with him, but called me back the same day to say he was in the area then came right over! found the problem right away, fixed it, and tested the system. Truly awesome job.

My heat ran cold at 11pm. I called this service as the reviews were great. Someone was sent with and hour or two and was able to cure the problem. They returned a couple days later to repair the issue fully and I have had heat with no issue.

I have been using Sam for years. He’s dependable, reliable, and he knows his stuff. I feel better knowing I finally have a “guy” for my heating cooling needs. Most recently he came by last minute to help fix our furnace which wasn’t working… he came in less than 2 hours which was a lifesaver. Highly recommend
