Rustic Rose

I genuinely can not say enough good things about Rustic Rose and Beth (the one woman show behind the brand). Not only do I absolutely love everything I own but I would purchase from her again and again.Beth works so hard to bring not only designs that are unique but she uses her platform to share knowledge and spread awareness off all things farming. She is so kind and is always finding new ways to be inclusive with sizing and with local products- which these days is becoming few and far between. She is a small business who never shys away from helping other small businesses as well as just helping anyone with any questions they might have.The fact that people still bash small businesses for shipping times and shipping costs is mind boggling. Canada post dictates both costs and shipping times. If you have an issue with these please take it up with Canada Post and stop bashing the small businesses for it- who by the way usually end up eating a ton of shipping costs by the end of the day.Beth and rustic rose are genuinely promoting inclusivity, shedding light on all things farming and teaching everyone all things cows because hey that's what they farm!Keep on doing amazing things Beth! I will forever be a supporter of you and RR!

This company is so many things to me. Like Beth, I did not come from a farming background and have embraced farm life and the cattle industry. I ABSOLUTLY love what Beth and Rustic Rose stand for, she highlights the Canadian Ag Industry, Small Businesses and Women Entrepreneurs. I have only been a customer of Beth's within the last year and she is the most interactive with her followers and encourages feedback. I had the opportunity to attend her Holiday pop-up shop in December 2021. I was so impressed. Beth may not have known me but I certainly felt welcomed into her store and the Rustic Rose community. Recently, Beth has shared some of the concerns customer's have raised over shipping times, especially over the holiday season. I have never had a problem with any products I have received, as apparel is drop shipped, I find that I do receive my items in a timely manner. Please realize that shipping comes down to a carrier, such as Canada Post, and not the company itself. I have never felt more welcomed by a business, have never felt so aligned with their views and have never related more to a story then I have with Beth's. I may not truly know Beth, however, this company is a community that I have embraced and have been accepted into. I LOVE everything this company promotes. Beth does a fantastic job running her company and should be proud of everything she has built. I am honored to be a loyal customer. I hope anyone who reads this will remember to be kind to others in the community service industry, and if Beth happens to read this, I hope you know you're running such an outstanding business that I LOVE supporting. I am posting this for my friend who has already left her honest review but wanted to add some things following the bullying and harassment done by Beth over her 2 Instagram accounts.“Although I do appreciate and have supported what Rustic Rose stands for and the awareness it’s brought to the Canadian agriculture industry, I am giving 1 star based on a few things, including the extremely immature and unprofessional actions of the owner in the last few days. Firstly, the shipping process is absolutely ridiculous. Myself, along with a multitude of friends have made orders and have never gotten it in under 4-5 weeks. On top of that, a friend of mine actually never received one of her orders and all she wanted was a refund but Beth would not refund her the money…instead, gave her store credit that was actually worth less than the order cost. The entire shipping process that all apparel is “made to order and drop shipped” is a terrible process that not only doesn’t make sense, but adds on shipping time (but don’t worry, they “usually” ship within 3 weeks). Given the growth in her company, there should be stock with Beth at home so she can ship directly herself rather than have her making and shipping process happen thousands of miles away. Secondly, there is an a extreme emphasis on the cattle industry. I know multiple friends who work with pigs, sheep, poultry, and bison that are ALWAYS outcasts according to Rustic Rose. It’s always “cows this” and “cows that” and while that may be all fine and dandy, there are other areas in Canadian agriculture. Beth created a design “Support Canadian Agriculture” but states that she is only interested in educating and sharing cattle because that’s what she knows (but wouldn’t if she wasn’t marrying into it) and other areas in AG just aren’t as important.Beth prides herself in being open to suggestions and new ideas yet ignored this complaint which has been brought up many times and instead, she harassed customers on her Instagram page as well as on her VIP Exclusive page where she posts videos harassing and bullying her customers because they offered suggestions and a reviews she didn’t like. And this actually leads into my third point, it seems as though Rustic Rose only selects brand reps from women in agriculture that are a certain size. While there have been a select few who are more petite, I’d wager that 95% of the brand reps and people chosen for features have the same 2-3 body types (more plus size). *While I believe in body positivity* towards all bodies, I don’t think this is actually being done here. Do me a favour and scroll through Rustic Rose’s Instagram feed and tell me that 95% of the women displayed are anything but maybe 2-3 different body sizes. There are hardly any petite women. Many women who are extra small, etc are not supported on this page and when voicing our opinions on this, we get bullied and harassed on her social media accounts…ironic considering it took over a decade for more plus size women to become more positively supported in society and now Beth is contributing to belittling and bullying a different size because it isn’t her own.Rustic Rose is not worth the price, it’s not worth waiting on the shipping, I’m sick of the one sided industry it “supports” and following how childish and unprofessional Beth has acted over the last few days since I posted a Google review, I’m done. *Beth bullies and harasses customers that offer suggestions, criticism, and reviews. She flat out is cyber bullying through her VIP exclusive account where she posts videos bullying women and asking her cronies to write 5-star reviews to make up for the one honest 2-star one. I expected to get bashed on social media from Beth and Rustic Rose but I didn’t expect her to resort to high school bullying and harassment measures that deserve to be looked at by the law, to protect her overpriced, run of the mill business.

Rustic Rose is hands down one of my favourite small businesses! Beth works endlessly to make beautiful, creative and relatable product that is affordable. I have never had an issue with the drop shipping and received each order in a timely fashion (folks need to keep in mind that the holidays can create a large delay in ship times and that small business owners are not Canada Post). I feel Rustic Rose's prices are more than fair especially when taking into consideration printing costs, paying designers, marketing costs, etc. not to mention a nearly two year long global pandemic that has caused the prices of nearly everything to be raised.Beth's content is educational, relatable, hilarious and absolutely lovely! I have spent nearly my entire 26 years on a mixed cattle and grain farm that did our fair share of pig/chicken/horse raising and I truly love what Beth posts and uses as inspiration for her brand. I love seeing the size inclusiveness of the models and brand reps and LOVE that we get to see Beth in her own environment showing us what she has created.I am absolutely in awe of how Beth has created this business and brand from the ground up and has made such an incredible name for herself. I get compliments every time I wear a piece of her clothing and I cannot wait to see what else she has up her sleeve. You can bet your bottom dollar that I will be placing more orders with Rustic Rose and wearing them with pride, from one farm girl to another.

Rustic Rose has excellent customer service, an easy to navigate website and is a great advocate for Canadian small businesses. I love that women of all shapes and sizes are welcome and included and that different sectors of ag (cattle and farmers) are promoted and acknowledged. Beth has unique designs that cater to both rural and urban women, and she brings in the cutest home decor and accessories from other Alberta businesses. I love that her apparel is made to order, promoting sustainable fashion and all production and shipping updates are openly shared. I recommend RR to everyone :)

I love what I've ordered from Rustic Rose! My favorite pair of fringe leather ear rings was bought from here years ago and they are still my go to every time I dress up. Apart from that, I love seeing Beth and her reps advocating for agriculture and bringing more awareness. Also love her body positivity and acceptance of ALLLL women.

I've had multiple positive experiences with Rustic Rose. Great quality items, fast and easy communication and amazing, unique designs. Beth also has a story that I relate with personally. You don't have to be born into the ranching/farming lifestyle to love it and be successful.

When you’re waiting 4-5 weeks for an order already, what justifies the higher cost of your items and the shipping? Nothing. It’s just not worth it. Now, I do love my Rustic Rose apparel but after waiting for my last order for 5 weeks, I will not be buying again. It’s not worth the price, it’s not worth waiting on the shipping, I’m sick of the one sided industry it “supports” and following the recent giveaways where only cattle brands were allowed in this custom prize, I am just done with Rustic Rose. I imagine this will be on the IG feed story soon and I will get bashed for my comments but I think it’s time there are actual HONEST reviews for Beth to read and so that she may improve a business that has SO SO much potential and one that I will gladly support when things get ironed out.

Rustic Rose is an incredible Canadian small business. With exceptional customer service, Beth is very helpful and transparent. Their clothes are SO soft and comfy, I literally wear my hoodie every day. I love that the models for the apparel line are all so different! Rustic Rose has sizes from small to XXL which is so hard to find these days!!

Rustic Rose deserves this 5 star rating for her honesty, amazing customer service, her body positivity and inclusiveness, and quality products. Her hard work owning a small Albertan business is one to applaud as she represents the importance of not only Agriculture but the strong role women have within all areas of ag. I know that when I order from Beth, no matter the time it takes to get to me, I will be satisfied with my purchase as her designs are each unique and exactly what I ordered. I could go on and on.If you have not ordered from Rustic Rose yet, you’re missing out.
