Loved the experience at this store! Lina, Susana and Mariana made the experience wonderful! They suggested drinks to try and food! Oh and the heated muffins are delicious! The have a nice patio so you can enjoy a latte! Definitely coming back!

Great coffee, fair price, friendly staff. I've never been to a Second Cup store where I felt badly served, no matter the location.. That's why it's definitely my favorite coffee chain in Toronto.

The Forest Hill franchise always has friendly staff and good products. I commend them for keeping their washrooms open to their customers unlike the Starbucks across the street. For that alone, they deserve support from their neighbourhood.

EDIT: I did go back and return the cake. They gave me my money back willingly with no hassle so I will add a star back but I do hope they took my concerns seriously and investigate their refrigeration system.I had no intention of leaving a review as the place seemed nice enough....but I received a food item so spoiled, I feel like I need to write this to potentially keep people safe.I never thought cake spoiled. Honestly, I just thought it went stale but yesterday I bought a slice of tuxedo cake and when I went to eat it last night the taste was so pungent I've never tasted a spoiled dessert like that in my like. Every part of it was off. The cake, icing, everything. Its smelled so foul as well.I was gaging by my attempted 2nd bite. I dunno if it's old or where they are storing it but it was one of the most disgusting things I've ever had in my mouth. I will have to take it back tomorrow cause I'm legit concerned for their method of storage at this place.I hope the owners see this and take it seriously. That is not normal and I am 100% certain it would have made me very Ill if I ate it.

Love the staff here! The girls are so nice and welcoming! Won’t give 5 stars as the store is in deep need of some renovations (it’s a bit old and you can see tiles and light fixtures broken)

Ordered two mochas to go and specified half sweet. Barista understood but seemed to have immediately forgotten after a few minutes delay serving someone else. Mochas came out extremely sweet and I didn’t realize until I was already driving away. It wasn’t busy at the shop so I’m disappointed by this avoidable error. Please be more mindful next time.
