Eagle Park Health Care Facility
This LTC Home is the most disorganized, unprofessional operation I've ever seen. Management clearly has terrible communication skills with the team as each week staff have different answers depending on who you talk to. If you can avoid it, DON'T place your loved one here.

Minimum care is provided and only one bath per week.I would rather choose euthanasia, as the staff are uncaring and sneaky.If I could give it a zero I would.Your loved ones really don't deserve this place.
