Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They gave me a price for services and agreed to a date, two days before the agreed to date told me that we never finalized the particulars of date or price (though I have the screenshots to prove otherwise) and they not only told me that they weren’t coming to the agreed to date (that they provided me with in the first place) but tried to double the price of the job that they already quoted me, and when I asked when it would be possible to reschedule despite all this, they said they were too busy to accept additional work and to find another videographer. Don’t set yourself up for disappointment!
