Cambridge wedding Limousine Service

if I could give no stars I would. I didn't even get to use the service because When I called to request a date (NYE) I was told no rate and hung up on. no explanation, no request to call back or no attempt to put together a quote. Poor customer service!!!

This is not even a local limo company !!

I used this company's service June of 2014. The evening started with the driver being 45 minutes later than the requested time of pick up. This turned out to be a miscommunication but they were late non the less.Upon arriving at our destination (The Molson Amphitheatre) the driver attempted to persuade us to be dropped off on Lakeshore Blvd so as to not be delayed with entering the busy premises as he had another customer to attend to. We refused to accept this so the driver entered the premises but still did not take us directly to the door. There were other limos onsite dropping their customers off at the door. Needless to say it was disappointing.The driver was late for our pick up at TMA again not to mention we had to walk out to Lakeshore Blvd again and walk approximately 0.5 kms down the street looking for him. In all fairness to the driver downtown traffic is a mess these days but they knew that and should have taken this into consideration when taking another job in between. Thankfully it was not raining.And just to round out the evening nicely we were charged in excess of what they had quoted on the phone and the driver gave himself a 15% tip for less than adequate service which by the way they did not make clear when we spoke on the phone.I don't normally give reviews good or bad but I was very disappointed with this service and want to make sure people are aware of this before hiring this company. Obviously a limo is hired to make a memorable experience and Cambridge Limo fell far short of delivering that.I made contact with Cambridge Limo to give them a chance to save face. They played down my complaint and offered me a 10% discount the next time I use them. LOL! Needless to say I declined.On a final note I should point out that the actual limo that picked us up was a company from Mississauga called Brothers Limousine. Regardless I feel they are jointly responsible for this poor service.

highly impressed with the Limousine service. I rented this Limo for wedding and we received excellent service and at the last minute an extra hour requested at no extra charge ,thank you so much .
