Recently we installed hardwood flooring in my apartment. I would like to thank Jordan's for sending Ed, the installer. This amazing human being and a true master of his trade did a wonderful job for us. His attention to detail was outstanding. He chose every single piece of wood and made sure it fit properly. He didn't rush to get the job done just right, and took his personal time to address any question or issue we might have. In today's world it's hard to find a person like Ed, who takes so much pride in his profession. Fully recommended. If you ever need hardwood flooring installed, it is worth the wait to make sure it's Ed who is doing the job. I also want to say a special thank you to John Bywater from Customer Solutions who went an extra mile to make sure the product we ordered was to our full satisfaction. Thank you so much, Ed and John!

It was amazing to visit the burnaby outlet. I purchased an area rug and Abhishek Kapoor (Store Assistant) helped me to show me around the store and helped to load the rug in my car. It was a very nice shopping experience.

We purchased hardwood flooring and carpets from Jordan’s Burnaby location in addition to several area rugs from the Richmond store. The selection of products was great, very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff, reasonable prices for good quality products and a very professional installation. We have purchased other products from Jordans in the past and it is where we will always start our shopping for flooring products.

Dealt with Shannon at the Burnaby location ad found her to be knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting our flooring. Our installer Ed was excellent, taking the time to ensure the floors were properly prepped and installed. He provided lots of explanations of the process and ensured we were involved in making decisions on things that came up during the install.

We came in looking for a rug for our living room and Nick found us the perfect one! He was really helpful and friendly, he showed us as many rugs as we wanted to see and made sure we got exactly what we wanted! Awesome customer service and a great cushy carpet.
