I am a firm believer in alternative medicine and acupuncture. I was dealing with severe seasonal allergy all my teenage years, having itchy and runny eyes and nose until I had my first visit to one of my father's friends(God bless uncle Shahrokh, he was a PHD in Mathematics and was a Chinese medicine enthusiast that went all the way to China to educate himself) Miracle happened and I spent the rest of the years I lived in my beautiful motherland Iran without the seasonal allergy symptoms.In recent years, I was dealing with headaches, thanks to my wonderful fiancé that introduced Travis and Balance point acupuncture to me, after my first visit with Travis I was reminded after so many years how acupuncture helped me in my life. Blessed me, I felt better and better with each visit. Now I have my monthly visits with him and will recommend his services to all in Kelowna. My usual headaches miraculously became better. He is knowledgeable, kind and he really cares about his patients. His office is pristine and I always look forward to my unwind time at BPA with relaxing music, just focusing on being and focusing on my breaths and sensations.Travis is also a wonderful human that knowing him and seeing him every now & then is my absolute pleasure.

I had Vivi for my acupuncture treatment. It was awesome. She uses her knowledge and provides the best way to make my body feel relieved. Their office is bright and clean. Highly recommend Balance Point Acupuncture to people who need the treatment.

Went for osteopath appointment. 1 hour consultation was spent listening to philosophical and spiritual world views... although interesting, I was expecting some type of treatment in the 60 minutes and 138$ spent. I left disappointed but decided to try a follow-up appointment to give it a chance. The follow-up appointment started 15 minutes late, no problem. I was direct in saying I was hoping for less talking and more treatment this time. When asked what I wanted to work on, I repeated the same information I provided on the online booking form, both appointments, stating the same areas of concern. I was asked to lay down and was lightly touched, which felt more like Reiki.After the treatment" when I was trying to inquire about his approach and treatment style

Travis McIndoe, with his extensive knowledge of Acupuncture was able to bring my stage 4 Kidney chronic kidney disease from a GFR (Glomerular filtration rate) of 17% to 22% in a little over 1 month and am hopeful that he will help bring my GFR to 30% soon. He has been very professional, thorough and supportive of my situation and I highly recommend him.

I have been treated at Balance Point Acupuncture for 18 years and continue to do so. Balance Point is wonderful place to get your health needs met! I have been seeing Travis for acupuncture since 2014. He is amazing and supported me with acupuncture and Chinese medicine through multiple pregnancy losses, fertility and to having my two children and my third any day. I swear by his treatment and recommend it to anyone with fertility needs. He also supported me through various physical injuries over the years. Acupuncture has been so helpful for me once I found a provider I trusted. I also see Kyle for massage and he has been great for my recent pregnancy aches and pains! The front staff are kind and helpful and I love the online booking tool for getting into appointments! I would highly recommend Balance Point to anyone!
