Our insurance rep Brian was fantastic, so if this was a review on his customer service it would be 5/5.But this review is about Allstate, and their rates are absolutely astronomical compared to the competition. We were quoted between $2500-2900 annual house insurance premiums with a $2500 deductible for claims. We just switched to SE Mutual for the exact same home coverage at an annual rate of $2200 based on a $1000 deductible. I haven no idea why Allstate is so expensive, but they aren't even close to the competition.

It was great to meat Pillay Hansel, I was in good hands when I was shopping around for my insurance.He took time to go through every thing and give out the best rates possible. I was able to sign up for my Home and Auto insurance with them.I recommend to my family and friends. I think they have some decent insurance policies for everyone to work with.

When an unexpected event happened, and needed temporary tenant insurance instead of house insurance, he adapted quickly and made it happen. He also has the house insurance ready to go.On a personal note, he is very personable. He's friendly with a good sense of humor. He made us feel welcome by sending us places to eat and visit along with pictures.Since moving here, he has checked up on us to see how we are adjusting.
