Boston Pizza
Today was Pasta Tuesday so my wife and I decided to come to Boston after the lunch rush was over.The food was outstanding as usual with enough to take home for later, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant was spotless.I have to say our server again was fantastic... she was awesome, so this place remains one of my all-time top places to eat so I decided to update my original review...but this time I'm including pictures.

Me, my partner and his kid went for dinner. We all got pizza and mine was good, but my partner's was so greasy and soggy. I ordered a twisted rocket and it was horrible. It's supposed to be a layered slushy drink, and mine was a half-melted drink that did not look/taste anything like twisted rockets I've had at other BP's. I asked politely to get a new one and it was just as bad the 2nd time. The waitress said she would take it off the bill but she didn't.Service was excruciatingly slow, the server was very nice but forgot my drink, and my partner's kid's dessert that went with his kid's meal. It's also not a big deal but I ordered wings and she didn't ask whether I wanted oven-baked or fried. I'm celiac so couldn't eat the fried ones that arrived. It was partly my fault, but it would have been nice if she would have asked, especially since my pizza was for a gluten allergy. It was absolutely not worth the $92 before tip, especially the terrible $12 drink.I've included pictures of what it's supposed to look like vs what I got.

We attended a birthday party with a massive group so granted things were going to be slow and we knew that but what I didn't understand is why they stuck one girl with a party of over 20 people when the rest of the restaurant was about half full to pretty much empty by the end of the night? This party was booked well in advance. There was tiny sprigs of help here and there because she needed it but otherwise she was left to do everything on her own and we felt for her. She did a great job with what would have been an extremely stressful amount of people and orders. I found out afterwards that she had just finished doing an upstairs party and immediately had to come down and do ours. She was clearly stressed but doing her best. There were plenty of other staff around with single tables, so it's hard to take into account the whole short staff idea that will probably get mentioned. How come this poor girl was left doing these massive parties on her own? Luckily this group of people were all very understanding but this could have went very sideways for her had she got a very rude and demanding party. Other than that everything else was great in the evening but I just wanted to bring this to this location's attention.

I have eaten in many Boston pizzas but this one was the worstwe waited almost an hour… I asked twice and the place was not even that busythan we got the food… the cheese on the pizza was almost burnt … the steak from my friend was everything else then well done…it took them more than 15 min to get a new onemy wife asked for more water but she never got … people beside us we’re waiting that they get served… after a while they just leftat the end the server took 50 % off but still the birthday from my daughter was ruined

We went on a Friday night and was seated in the corner by the stairs in a completely dark corner with two burnt out lights and waited quite sometime for service which was fine because of how busy it was. Got served by a very nice bar tender with ginger mullet hair he was very kind and looked stressed but handled it very well. The appetizer we had was very good, Cajun shrimp but the entrees were had were awful. The fiesta salad was wet/soggy and had way too much sauce and the Mac and cheese was soaking in salty sauce river. We both were very hungry and ate most the pasta but left half the salad for the garbage for 70.00 this was very sub par we have had better food here maybe was a one time thing.

Attended friends birthday lunch, it was AWESOME, the food was delish!! The food looke exactly like the picture on the menu. The service were awesome, great place for a friend gethering. Pizza espacially tasty.

I don’t know if it’s because we had done a 5 hour hike and were cold and hungry, or if this was just an exceptional Boston Pizza location. We had spinach dip and a large pepperoni pizza and it was so delicious. I’ve been thinking about the pizza since, we accidentally left the leftover pizza in the rental car trunk when we returned it and I was devastated.Our server was kind and attentive as well.

If I could give this place a falling star, I would. A group of us went out for dinner and drinks in celebration of my son's university convocation.We ordered our second round of drinks, called the waitress over after waiting for 45 mins only to be told there were no more fishbowls, I asked if she could bring us our drinks in a different glass/mug. Then I assume it was the manager that came to our table after waiting another 15 minutes, the first excuse was that that there was no more slush, none of our drinks had slush, then he tells us the bartender is sad".Will not be returning to this location after this lame experience."
