I had an amazing experience with Rise & Shine garage door repair! From the phone, where you are met with a friendly representative, to the voicemail rooster - they offer great customer service. On top of that, they schedule an appointment right away. The technician, Jordy, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all of our issues and even suggested potential items we could fix in the future. In about an hour they fixed our door better than it's ever been before. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repair and would definitely add them to my contact list.

All around great experience. Blake was very knowledgeable with his assessment. He was able to answer all the questions I had. Scheduling the door replacement was straightforward and speedy. Bret did a great job with the installation, especially considering the garage is old and quirky.

I was very impressed with this company! So often, service companies have many hidden fees or pressure for you to get services that you did not request. Not this one.They told me about the issue, told me about maintenance services and allowed me to my own decision without pressuring me for add-ons.I especially was EXTREMELY impressed with the professionalism from the technician, Blake, who came out to my home. Highly recommend him for future services.Rise and Shine does is not only open seven days a week, they don’t charge overtime for coming out on the weekends!They have easy scheduling process online on their website and also were very understanding of my schedule and worked to accommodate this. I wanted to wait a couple of days before I left a review. I can say that I am very happy with my new motor. Jamison did a great job installing it. he was timely in completing the job and very friendly and professional. He presented the options and was very honest about which ones I needed and which I didn't. He steered me in a good direction and even advised that I not choose one option because it was overkill" for my specific door. That's honesty and integrity I can respect and tell others about. He wasn't trying to just get me to buy the most expensive things they had to offer. I felt no pressure and he even waited in his truck for 10 minutes or so while I made a decision to go with them or buy my own motor and do it myself. The garage door works great and we are thoroughly satisfied with the service we received."

My experience with Rise & Shine Garage Doors was outstanding. I'm only sorry we didn't use them before. Alex was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He even prepared a 39 point checklist about the condition of our garage; that's something we never even heard of before. We have used other places in the past, and they made so many mistakes.
