Place is FULL OF FLIES! Ordered 2 sandwiches and two coffees to go. The guy said to choose two donuts to make it a meal. I looked into the glass bakery display case and saw flies inside landing on the cookies, donuts and muffins. Since I had already paid I couldn't withdraw my order. I said to him YOU SURE HAVE ALOT OF FLIES IN HERE"!I noticed a dirty countertop with coffee and who knows what else splattered all over it where I was handed the bags containing my sandwiches which were prepared in the back on an equally questionable surface.I reluctantly ate the two sandwiches and ripped the tops off the muffins and threw them in the garbage and only ate the lower part of the muffin covered by the paper.Don't you know that FLIES CARRY BACTERIA AND CAUSE DISEASE ??Clean the place up and take some pride in serving edible food.WHERES THE HEALTH DEPT ?( And you are worried about hand sanitizer and masks)I COUNTED MORE THAN 40 FLIES IN THE DISPLAY CASE

Waited 20 minutes in line and they served 1 customer who ordered 2 coffees. They were not short staffed as they had probably 8 people working the drive-thru where probably more than 50 cars went through while I waited. Two weeks prior I waited 10 minutes while 2nd in line because the customer before me was an employee on break who ordered $40 worth of food, everything customized and then went behind the counter to distract those working while they put together his order. You have 2 cashes, why do you always have 10 people working and only one cash open when it is busy?

This might not be their fault.. might be more of a Tim Hortons issue. (Since this seems to happen at every Tim Hortons)I never get what I order.. order bacon and egg, get sausage and egg.. order sausage and egg, and get whatever they decide you get that day..I could go on for days with stories like this from Tim Hortons.. even 15 years ago it was the same.. breakfast is always a surprise!!Both Tim Hortons in Renfrew are bad for these thing.. but all Tim Hortons are the same.. so who is to blame??

Service is great. Only complaint at the Main Street Winchester On washroom is not clean. Always toilet paper on the floor. The eye on the sink is hard to activate to the point I give up and use my hand sanitizer instead. This was the same situation two weeks apart and frequently happens.

I hate Tim Horton's but was given a gift card.My experience here was pretty good. The person at the drive through was friendly, it was quick and efficient and my bagel was made as I ordered.

Just got an order from Renfrew (highway location) and went inside to order. A great experience, my cashier Karen was super friendly and the staff were very polite (to each other) and a positive atmosphere. Well done staff and Manager for having a great staff.

15 min in a drive thru is ridiculous. 5 min of that @ the speaker with no greeting, not even be with you in a moment @ 3pm on a Friday. When I finally got to window for my coffee, employee barely acknowledged my presence but sure was having a great convo with his Co workers. At least my coffee tastes great. Truly miss customer service these days.

Wendy's and Tim Hortons co located restaurant. Visit in August, 2019 for both brands. Friendly and fast service with clean facilities.

Clean and spacious Tim Hortons with friendly staff. They have plenty of seating inside (in a building that they share with Wendy’s) and plenty of parking outside. Their drive-thru looked very busy but I also noticed that the cars were moving through pretty fast. They have very clean bathrooms, too.

We Stopped In To Buy Coffee. The Store Has A Clean Spacious Pleasant Enviroment. The Dining Room Was Large And Uncrowded. Tables Were Cleared n Wiped Off, Floors Swept. The Bathroom Was Clean And Smelled Nice
